Her \u015feyi mevsimine g\u00f6re al\u0131p yemek laz\u0131m. Sebze meyve t\u00fcketirken mevsim sebze ve meyvelerini t\u00fcketmeye dikkat etmek laz\u0131m. K\u0131\u015f\u0131n havalar\u0131n so\u011fuk oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in daha fazla enerji almak gerekir. Daha fazla enerji i\u00e7in besleyici de\u011feri fazla olan besinleri almakta yarar var. V\u00fccutta vitaminler depolanmaz bunun i\u00e7in sebzeyi meyveyi her g\u00fcn bol miktarda t\u00fcketmeliyiz. K\u0131\u015f\u0131n turun\u00e7gillerin t\u00fcketimini art\u0131rmak gerekir.
