Protein i\u00e7eri\u011fi bak\u0131m\u0131ndan olduk\u00e7a zengin olan bal\u0131\u011f\u0131n, yumurta, et ve s\u00fct gibi iyi kaliteli protein kayna\u011f\u0131 oldu\u011fu, v\u00fccudun bu proteinlerden daha fazla faydaland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade edilen a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u015fu bilgilere yer verildi:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBal\u0131keti, A, D, K vitamini ve B grubu vitaminler (B1, B2, B6, B12) a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan zengindir. Bal\u0131k ayr\u0131ca, iyot, selenyum, fosfor, magnezyum ve \u00e7inko mineralleri bak\u0131m\u0131ndan da iyi bir kaynakt\u0131r. \u0130nsan v\u00fccudunda \u00fcretilemeyen ve bu nedenle mutlaka besinler yoluyla v\u00fccuda al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken ya\u011f asitlerinden olan \u00e7oklu doymam\u0131\u015f ya\u011f asitleri, eikosapentoenoik asit ve dokosaheksaenoik asidinin en \u00f6nemli kaynaklar\u0131ndand\u0131r.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKANSERDEN KORUNMADA \u00d6NEML\u0130 ROL OYNAR\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7oklu doymam\u0131\u015f ya\u011f asitlerinin kalp-damar, \u015feker hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve kanser gibi \u00f6nemli hastal\u0131klara yakalanma riskini azaltt\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtiline a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u201cAeikosapentoenoik asit ve dokosaheksaenoik asidin, \u00fclkemizde olduk\u00e7a s\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclen kalp-damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131, \u015feker hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve kanser gibi pek \u00e7ok hastal\u0131ktan korunmada \u00f6nemli sa\u011fl\u0131k etkilerine sahiptir. Bu olumlu etkilerin sa\u011flanabilmesi i\u00e7in haftada en az 2 kez 300 gram bal\u0131k t\u00fcketilmesi \u00f6nerilmektedir. Ancak \u00fclkemizde bal\u0131k t\u00fcketimi \u00f6nerilen miktarlar\u0131n olduk\u00e7a alt\u0131ndad\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131na bal\u0131k t\u00fcketimi y\u0131lda 8 kilogram iken, d\u00fcnyada ortalama 16 kilogram, Avrupa Birli\u011fi \u00fclkelerinde 22 kilogramd\u0131r. Bu nedenle t\u00fcketiminin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 te\u015fvik edilmelidir\u201d denildi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBEYN\u0130 GEL\u0130\u015eT\u0130R\u0130R\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u0130l Sa\u011fl\u0131k M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019nden yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u201c\u00d6zellikle beyin geli\u015fiminin \u00e7ok h\u0131zl\u0131 oldu\u011fu anne karn\u0131ndan ba\u015flayan ilk 0-3 ya\u015f d\u00f6nemi i\u00e7in bal\u0131\u011f\u0131n ayr\u0131 bir \u00f6nemi vard\u0131r. Biyolojik de\u011feri y\u00fcksek protein ve esansiyel  amino asit kayna\u011f\u0131 olan bal\u0131k, i\u00e7erdi\u011fi omega-3 \u00e7oklu doymam\u0131\u015f ya\u011f asitleri  ile beyin geli\u015fimine olumlu katk\u0131 sa\u011flar. Bu nedenle \u00f6zellikle gebelikten itibaren anne adaylar\u0131n\u0131n ve 7. aydan itibaren tamamlay\u0131c\u0131 beslenmeye ba\u015flayan bebeklerin t\u00fcketti\u011fi bal\u0131\u011f\u0131n beyin geli\u015fimini olumlu y\u00f6nde etkileyece\u011fi belirtilmektedir. Bununla birlikte, protein i\u00e7eri\u011fi zengin oldu\u011fundan di\u011fer besinlerde oldu\u011fu gibi bal\u0131k da saklama, haz\u0131rlama ve pi\u015firme kurallar\u0131na dikkat edilmedi\u011finde kolayl\u0131kla bozularak sa\u011fl\u0131k risklerine yol a\u00e7abilmektedir. Bu nedenle vatanda\u015flar besinlerin sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenilir bir \u015fekilde t\u00fcketilmesi konusunda bilgilendirilmelidir\u201d ifadelerine yer verildi.<\/p>\n<p>D vitamini kayna\u011f\u0131 olan bal\u0131\u011f\u0131n, v\u00fccudun ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemini de g\u00fc\u00e7lendirdi\u011fi belirtilen a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u201c\u00d6zellikle so\u011fuk k\u0131\u015f g\u00fcnlerinde t\u00fcketilen bal\u0131k, i\u00e7erdi\u011fi ya\u011f asitleri dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sisteminin kuvvetlenmesine destek olmaktad\u0131r. K\u0131\u015f mevsiminde g\u00fcne\u015ften fazla yararlan\u0131lamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in kemik ve di\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00f6nemli olan D vitaminin kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131nda yine bal\u0131k t\u00fcketimi \u00f6nem kazanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTAZE BALIK VE TAZE YO\u011eUT B\u0130RL\u0130KTE YEN\u0130LEB\u0130L\u0130R\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Halk aras\u0131nda bal\u0131k ile s\u00fct \u00fcr\u00fcnleri (yo\u011furt, ayran vb) ile bir arada t\u00fcketiminin zehirlenmeye neden olaca\u011f\u0131na dair yanl\u0131\u015f bir kan\u0131 bulundu\u011fu belirtilen a\u00e7\u0131klamada \u015fu bilgilere yer verildi:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOysa ki, bal\u0131k ve yo\u011furdun her ikisinin de taze olmas\u0131 durumunda bir arada t\u00fcketilmesi her hangi bir sa\u011fl\u0131k problemine neden olmamaktad\u0131r. Ancak a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki hususlara dikkat edilmesi \u00f6nemlidir. Bal\u0131k sat\u0131n al\u0131rken, haz\u0131rlarken ve pi\u015firirken dikkat edilmesi gereken \u00f6nemli hususlar vard\u0131r. Bal\u0131\u011f\u0131n kalitesi, tazeli\u011fi ile \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fcr. Bal\u0131k sat\u0131n al\u0131rken, g\u00f6zlerinin parlak ve lekesiz, solunga\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131-pembe, pullar\u0131 ve y\u00fczge\u00e7lerinin diri, derisinin gergin olmas\u0131 ve sert etli k\u0131sm\u0131na parmak ile bas\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda parma\u011f\u0131n b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131 izin hemen d\u00fczelmesi gerekmektedir. Her bal\u0131k bol bulundu\u011fu mevsimde sat\u0131n al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r. Konserve bal\u0131k sat\u0131n al\u0131rken mutlaka etiket bilgisi okunmal\u0131, son kullanma tarihi, G\u0131da, Tar\u0131m ve K\u00f6yi\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019ndan \u00fcretim\/ithalat izni bulunmas\u0131na, kutuda delik, hasar veya bombele\u015fme olmamas\u0131na dikkat edilmelidir. Taze bal\u0131klar sat\u0131n al\u0131nd\u0131ktan sonra iki saatten fazla oda s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bekletilmemeli, pi\u015firilinceye kadar pullar\u0131 ve i\u00e7i hemen temizlendikten, y\u0131kan\u0131p, iyice kuruland\u0131ktan sonra uygun bir kapta buzdolab\u0131 \u0131s\u0131s\u0131nda muhafaza edilmelidir. Bal\u0131klar\u0131n, buzdolab\u0131 \u0131s\u0131nda 1-2 g\u00fcn, derin dondurucuda ise 3-6 ay saklanmas\u0131 uygundur. Bal\u0131k pi\u015firmede en uygun ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 y\u00f6ntemler, bu\u011fulama, ha\u015flama veya ya\u011fs\u0131z tavada pi\u015firmedir.
