Barda\u011f\u0131 2 ila 3 TL aras\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fen taze meyve sular\u0131, vitamin zenginli\u011fi ile dikkat \u00e7ekiyor. Kimisi portakal suyu i\u00e7meyi tercih ediyor, kimisi ise nar. Ancak uzmanlar tek bir meyve yerine koruyucu etkisi daha kuvvetli olan kar\u0131\u015f\u0131k meyve suyu i\u00e7ilmesini \u00f6neriyor.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00fcfe sahibi \u00d6zden Batmaz, \u201cSat\u0131\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z g\u00fczel, her meyvenin tam mevsimi. \u00d6zellikle nar\u0131n en lezzetli d\u00f6nemi. Havu\u00e7, elma, nar, portakal, greyfurt kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6neriyoruz m\u00fc\u015fterilerimize. Her t\u00fcrl\u00fc vitamin mevcut. Lezzet bak\u0131m\u0131ndan \u00e7ok g\u00fczel oluyor. Turun\u00e7giller, nar suyu, elma, havu\u00e7 veya benzeri meyvelerin sular\u0131 t\u00fcketilebilir. Meyve suyunu g\u00fcnl\u00fck 2-3 bardak kullanmak yeterlidir. T\u00fcketimde de fazlaya ka\u00e7mamak gerekiyor.
