Tahliyemle birlikte beraat\u0131m\u0131 istiyorum\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2018\u00d6L\u00dcM\u2019 TEHD\u0130T\u0130 \u0130LE \u00a0SENET \u0130MZALAMI\u015eLAR\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Erzurum Cumhuriyet Savc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanan karar m\u00fctalaas\u0131nda, Melik\u015fah A., Hakan A.\u2019n\u0131n 16 Haziran 2006 g\u00fcn\u00fc m\u00fc\u015ftekilerin evine giderek, \u00a0\u201dO\u011flun gelip borcunu \u00f6desin, yoksa\u00a0 \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcr, evini yakar\u0131z\u201d diyerek tehdit ettikleri belirlendi. M\u00fc\u015fteki Hacer K.\u2019n\u0131n kendilerine \u00a014 bin lira borcu oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyerek, \u201cBu paray\u0131 \u00f6deyeceksiniz. Biz bu paray\u0131 almas\u0131n\u0131 biliriz\u201d diyerek 18 bin lira senet imzalatt\u0131rd\u0131klar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi<\/p>\n<p><strong>BE\u015e SANI\u011eA 141 YIL 7 AY HAP\u0130S CEZASI\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130kinci A\u011f\u0131r Ceza Mahkemesi\u2019nde \u2018tehdit i\u00e7erikli \u00e7ek-senet tahsilat\u0131 yapmak\u2019 ya\u011fma su\u00e7lar\u0131ndan tutuklu olarak yarg\u0131lanan Melik\u015fah A. 57 y\u0131l 4 ay,\u00a0 \u00c7ete \u00dcyelerinden Hakan A. 35.5 y\u0131l, Fetullah A. 20 y\u0131l 3 ay, Serkan \u00c7. 15.5 y\u0131l ve Dursun D. 11 y\u0131l hapis cezas\u0131na \u00e7arpt\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.
