A\u011f\u0131r Ceza Mahkemesi\u2019nde tutuklu yarg\u0131lanan \u00e7ete lideri Ahmet K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck\u00e7ay (39), Fikri G\u00fcm\u00fc\u015f (28), Hakan \u015eahin (31), Y\u0131lmaz Alpen (32) ile tutuksuz yarg\u0131lanan 22 san\u0131k hakk\u0131nda karar verildi. Mahkeme, san\u0131klar\u0131n Sivas kent merkezinde korku yaratarak &#8221;ki\u015filerin \u00f6zel hayat\u0131n\u0131n gizlili\u011fini g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc veya sesle kayda al\u0131nmas\u0131 suretiyle \u015fantajl\u0131 tehdit edilmesi&#8221;, &#8221;piyasaya sahte \u00e7ek s\u00fcrmek&#8221;, &#8221;\u00e7ek, senet ve alacak tahsilat\u0131 yapmak&#8221;, &#8221;zorla senet imzalatmak&#8221;, &#8221;ki\u015fileri zorla al\u0131koyma&#8221;, &#8221;gasp ve tehdit&#8221;, &#8221;b\u0131\u00e7akla yaralama&#8221;, &#8221;ate\u015fli silahlar ile b\u0131\u00e7aklar ve di\u011fer aletler hakk\u0131ndaki kanuna muhalefet&#8221; ve &#8221;doland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k&#8221; su\u00e7lar\u0131ndan toplam 317 y\u0131l 2 ay 22 g\u00fcn hapis cezas\u0131na \u00e7arpt\u0131rd\u0131. Mahkeme, \u00e7ete lideri Ahmet K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck\u00e7ay\u2019a 60 y\u0131l, Y\u0131lmaz Alpen\u2019e 46 y\u0131l, Fikri G\u00fcm\u00fc\u015f\u2019e ise 29 y\u0131l hapis cezas\u0131 verdi.
