Yeni \u015feklin, d\u0131\u015f ve i\u00e7 deri katmanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 olu\u015fturan yap\u0131sal dokunun yap\u0131 ta\u015flar\u0131 olan epitel h\u00fccrelerin i\u00e7inde sakland\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu epitel h\u00fccreler, ya\u015fam\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n erken d\u00f6nemlerinde en \u00f6nemli h\u00fccrelerden baz\u0131lar\u0131 olup, sonu\u00e7ta t\u00fcm farkl\u0131 bedensel organlar\u0131m\u0131z haline gelen embriyolar\u0131n geli\u015fiminde yap\u0131lar\u0131n kurulmas\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur. B\u00f6ylece, Bir araya s\u0131k\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015f olan milyonlarca h\u00fccreden olu\u015fan epitel doku sadece d\u0131\u015f cildimizi olu\u015fturmaz, ayn\u0131 zamanda i\u00e7 organlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n i\u00e7ini de kaplar. Ancak bilim adamlar\u0131, epitel h\u00fccrelerinin 3D boyutlunu olu\u015fturmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131nda bir s\u00fcrprizle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Daha \u00f6nce bilimsel literat\u00fcrde hi\u00e7 tarif edilmedi<\/p>\n<p>Lehigh \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nden Biyom\u00fchendis Javier Buceta yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u201cModelleme s\u00fcrecinde, g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz sonu\u00e7lar garipti. Modelimiz, dokunun e\u011frili\u011fi artt\u0131k\u00e7a, kolonlar\u0131n ve \u015fi\u015fe \u015fekillerinin h\u00fccrelerin geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi tek yap\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6rd\u00fc\u201d dedi. Buceta\u2019n\u0131n ekibi her zamanki \u015f\u00fcphelerine ek olarak, tan\u0131mad\u0131klar\u0131 garip bir \u015fekli fark etti. Yap\u0131 bir prizma gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyor, ama prizman\u0131n bir ucu be\u015f kenara sahipken, di\u011feri asl\u0131nda alt\u0131 kenarl\u0131 ve prizman\u0131n kenarlar\u0131ndan birini b\u00f6len Y-yap\u0131LI bir b\u00f6lme ile m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olan bir geometrik tuhafl\u0131k, bir mini \u00fc\u00e7gen olu\u015fturuyor. &#8220;Bu tuhaf \u2019\u00e7arp\u0131k prizma\u2019 Buceta\u2019n\u0131n ekibine g\u00f6re, daha \u00f6nce bilimsel literat\u00fcrde hi\u00e7 tarif edilmemi\u015ftir. Buceta, &#8221; Ek olarak bulunan \u015feklin matematikte bile ismi yoktu &#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar yeni bulgular\u0131n\u0131 baz\u0131 b\u00f6ceklerin g\u00f6vdesinin arka k\u0131sm\u0131ndaki k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00fc\u00e7gen bi\u00e7iminde kalkan \u015feklindeki yap\u0131ya benzedi\u011fi i\u00e7in Scutoid olarak adland\u0131rd\u0131. Scutoid\u2019in t\u00fcm cilt i\u00e7inde neden var oldu\u011fu konusunda, ara\u015ft\u0131rma grubu, b\u00fck\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f prizman\u0131n epitel h\u00fccreleri b\u00fck\u00fcld\u00fck\u00e7e daha enerji verimli bir yap\u0131 olu\u015fturdu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi. \u0130spanya\u2019da Seville \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nden H\u00fccresel Biyolog Luisma Escudero\u2019nun ekibinden bir ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131 bu konuda, \u201cDoku e\u011frildi\u011finde, enerjiyi en aza indirgeme, daha kararl\u0131 olma e\u011filimi g\u00f6sterir&#8221; a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda bulundu.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEtkili epitel e\u011filme elde etmek i\u00e7in do\u011fan\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm kilidini a\u00e7t\u0131k&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar Scutoid\u2019i 3D olarak belirledikten sonra, do\u011fada ke\u015ffi do\u011frulamak i\u00e7in, hem meyve sineklerinin hem de zebra bal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n epitel dokusunda b\u00fck\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f prizman\u0131n \u00f6n kan\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131 bulmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Fakat t\u00fcm hayvanlar bu t\u00fcr bir cilt h\u00fccresi i\u00e7erdi\u011finden ara\u015ft\u0131rma grubu, epitel doku hakk\u0131nda nas\u0131l d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn \u015feklin kimli\u011fi hakk\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir d\u00f6n\u00fcm noktas\u0131 olabilece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyor. Scutoid\u2019in canl\u0131lar i\u00e7inde ger\u00e7ekte ne kadar yayg\u0131n oldu\u011funu do\u011frulamak i\u00e7in \u00e7ok daha fazla ara\u015ft\u0131rma yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekmesine ra\u011fmen, ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar bulgular\u0131n\u0131n, epitel organlar\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7 boyutlu organizasyonuyla ilgili yeni ve benzersiz bir anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n yolunu a\u00e7aca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 iddia ediyor. Buceta, &#8220;\u00d6rne\u011fin, yapay organlar b\u00fcy\u00fctmek istiyorsan\u0131z, bu ke\u015fif, dokular\u0131 verimli bir yap\u0131da geli\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in do\u011fan\u0131n yolunu do\u011fru yap\u0131da taklit ederek, bu yap\u0131da bir h\u00fccre dizilimi amac\u0131yla bir yap\u0131 iskelesi kurmak i\u00e7in sizi te\u015fvik edecektir.
