Yeni elektrikli motor, muadillerine g\u00f6re yar\u0131 yar\u0131ya tasarruf sa\u011flarken, yap\u0131lan testlerde mevcut motorlardan 5 kat daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc oldu\u011fu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ser\u00fcvenine 1820\u2019de Michael Fraday\u2019\u0131n ilk dairesel hareketi bulmas\u0131 ile ba\u015flayan elektrik motoru, \u0130zmirli bir mucit sayesinde yeni bir kimlik kazand\u0131. Yakla\u015f\u0131k iki as\u0131rd\u0131r kullan\u0131lan bu motorlar\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma prensibinde, stator isimli par\u00e7a sabit, rotor isimli par\u00e7a statorun ortas\u0131nda d\u00f6n\u00fcyor. Konvensiyonel elektrik motorlar\u0131nda her bir rotor bobini, stator bobinlerinin her biri ile bir turda bir defa kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131r. Manyetik alanlar\u0131 bir defa etkile\u015fir ve bir defa tork \u00fcretir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130K\u0130 KATI TORK<\/p>\n<p>Kimli\u011fini gizli tutan \u0130zmirli \u015fahs\u0131n \u00fcretti\u011fi motorda rotor ve stator bobinleri, daire \u015feklindeki alan\u0131n etraf\u0131nda ikisi birden z\u0131t y\u00f6nde hareket ediyor. Rotor ve statorun ikisi de d\u00f6nd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden, her bir rotor bobini, her bir stator bobini ile bir turda iki defa kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131r. Rotor ve statorun her ikisinin de d\u00f6n\u00fcyor olmas\u0131, d\u00f6nme momenti olu\u015fumunu eksiltmezken, d\u00f6ner statorlu motor, normal motora g\u00f6re en az iki kat\u0131 tork \u00fcretmektedir, ba\u015fka bir deyi\u015fle yar\u0131s\u0131 kadar enerji kullanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cT\u00dcM ELEKTR\u0130K MOTORLARINA UYGULANAB\u0130L\u0130R\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u0130smini a\u00e7\u0131klamak istemeyen mucide bu \u00f6nemli projede dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k yapan \u0130TO Vakf\u0131 S\u00fcleyman Ta\u015ftekin Anadolu Mesleki Teknik Lisesi Elektrik Elektronik \u00d6\u011fretmeni Gazi T\u00fcrkel, yapt\u0131klar\u0131 d\u00f6ner statorlu motorun milimetrik boyutlardan, birka\u00e7 metre b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011fe kadar t\u00fcm elektrik motorlar\u0131na uygulanabilece\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnyada t\u00fcketilen mevcut enerjinin y\u00fczde 65\u2019inin elektrik motorlar\u0131n\u0131n kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlatan Gazi T\u00fcrkel, \u201cBu motor, normal motorlara g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 50 daha az elektrik t\u00fcketmektedir. Bu motor d\u00fcnyam\u0131za \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck katk\u0131 sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r. Motor \u00fcretim maliyetinde yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 20 civar\u0131nda bir art\u0131\u015f olacakt\u0131r. Ama motorun tasarrufu sayesinde maliyeti kendini amorti edecektir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYERL\u0130 OTOMOB\u0130LDE KULLANILSIN\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Elektrik motorlar\u0131n\u0131n ta\u015f\u0131tlarda ve h\u0131zl\u0131 trenlerde \u00e7ok yayg\u0131n bir \u015fekilde kullan\u0131lmaya ba\u015fland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getiren T\u00fcrkel, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de b\u00fcy\u00fck tart\u0131\u015fma konusu olan yerli otomobilde de bu motorun kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. Yapt\u0131klar\u0131 d\u00f6ner statorlu motorun \u00f6zellikle yerli otomobilde kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 istediklerini vurgulayan T\u00fcrkel, \u201cNormal arabalar\u0131n \u015farj\u0131 2 saatte biterken bizim motorumuzun \u015farj\u0131 4 saatte bitecektir. Uzun s\u00fcreli bir menzile sahip olacakt\u0131r. Bu motorun her yerde kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 istiyoruz ama \u00f6zellikle T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin yerli \u00fcretim arabas\u0131nda kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 istiyoruz. Bu motor orada kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman o araban\u0131n enerji t\u00fcketiminde \u00fczerine rakibi olmayacakt\u0131r\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130cat ettikleri motorun kullan\u0131lan elektrik enerjisini yar\u0131 yar\u0131ya azaltt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 iddia eden T\u00fcrkel, \u201cBu motor insans\u0131z hava ara\u00e7lar\u0131nda da havada kalma s\u00fcresini iki kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kartacakt\u0131r\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c300 B\u0130N TL\u2019YE MAL OLDU\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Yapt\u0131klar\u0131 d\u00f6ner statorlu motorun 20 y\u0131ll\u0131k bir s\u00fcre\u00e7te ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlatan T\u00fcrkel, \u201c\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar, bir mekanik laboratuvara d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclen 15 metrekarelik bir alanda yap\u0131ld\u0131. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar i\u00e7in yakla\u015f\u0131k 300 bin TL harcan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. B\u00fcy\u00fck bir motor fabrikas\u0131n\u0131n AR-GE laboratuvar\u0131nda sistemin tork \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmleri yap\u0131ld\u0131. D\u00f6ner statorlu motorun, klasik motordan 5 kat daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc oldu\u011fu sonucu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>YARI YARIYA TASARRUF<\/p>\n<p>\u0130cat ettikleri motorun fark\u0131n\u0131 piyasada sat\u0131lan engelli ak\u00fcl\u00fc arabalarda kullan\u0131lan iki motor \u00fczerinde g\u00f6steren T\u00fcrkel, orijinal motorla modifiye edilerek d\u00f6ner statorlu tipe \u00e7evrilen motoru birbirine seri ba\u011flayarak \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmler yapt\u0131. Yap\u0131lan \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlerde 1,500 graml\u0131k y\u00fckte orijinal motor 18 amperlik g\u00fc\u00e7 kullanmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen hareket dahi edemezken, d\u00f6ner statorlu motor yakla\u015f\u0131k 9 amperlik g\u00fc\u00e7le dakikada 1440 devir yapt\u0131.
