Yakutiye Kent Meydan\u0131nda bir a\u00e7\u0131klama yapan Halk Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Dr. Cumhur Hakk\u0131 \u00c7ankaya, \u201cG\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde toplumun fiziksel aktivite konusunda bilgi d\u00fczeyinin yeter\u00acsiz olmas\u0131, fiziksel aktivitenin sa\u011fl\u0131k i\u00e7in \u00f6neminin yeterince anla\u015f\u0131lamamas\u0131 ve giderek daha hareketsiz bir ya\u015fam tarz\u0131n\u0131n benimsenmesi, toplumda obezite, kalp-damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131, hipertansiyon, diyabet, osteoporoz gibi kronik hastal\u0131klar\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fclme s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131ran \u00f6nemli nedenlerden biri ol\u00acmu\u015ftur. Fiziksel hareketsizlik d\u00fcnya genelindeki \u00f6l\u00fcmlerin d\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00f6nde gelen risk fakt\u00f6r\u00fc olarak belirlenmi\u015ftir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\nToplumun b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funda fiziksel aktivite, &#8220;spor&#8221; kelimesi ile e\u015f anlaml\u0131 olarak alg\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten \u00c7ankaya, \u201cOysa fiziksel aktivite, g\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015fam i\u00e7in\u00acde kas ve eklemlerin kullan\u0131larak enerji harcamas\u0131 ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen, kalp ve solunum h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131ran ve farkl\u0131 \u015fiddetlerde yorgunlukla sonu\u00e7lanan aktivi\u00acteler olarak tan\u0131mlanmaktad\u0131r. Bu kapsamda spor aktivitelerinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra egzersiz, oyun ve g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde yap\u0131lan \u00e7e\u015fitli aktiviteler de fiziksel aktivite olarak kabul edilmektedir. Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z taraf\u0131ndan yay\u0131mlanan &#8220;Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 Beslenelim, Kalbimizi Koruyal\u0131m&#8221; ara\u015ft\u0131rma raporuna g\u00f6re toplum genelinde d\u00fczenli olarak fiziksel aktivite yapanlar\u0131n t\u00fcm toplum i\u00e7in oran\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 3,5 d\u00fczeyinde oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Di\u011fer bir deyi\u015fle toplumun y\u00fczde 96,5&#8217;i d\u00fczenli olarak fiziksel aktivite yapmamaktad\u0131r. Bu nedenle T\u00fcrkiye Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 Beslenme ve Hareketli Hayat Program\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n ama\u00e7lar\u0131ndan birisi toplumun fiziksel aktivite konusunda bilgilendirilmesi ve bilin\u00e7lendirilmesidir. Program\u0131n B.6 ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7eri\u011fi sadece toplumun fiziksel aktivite al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kazand\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik aktiviteleri kapsamaktad\u0131r. Toplumda d\u00fczenli ve yeterli fiziksel aktivite al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kazand\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131nda fiziksel aktivite ile ilgili \u00f6zel g\u00fcn ve haftalar\u0131n etkin olarak kutlanmas\u0131 \u00f6nem arz etmektedir.
