Bug\u00fcn a\u00e7\u0131klanan formasyon kontenjanlar\u0131nda 500 bin formasyon bekleyen \u00f6\u011frenci olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, sadece 15 bin kontenjan a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rmekteyiz. Bu 485 bin i\u015fsiz ve ma\u011fdur \u00fcniversite \u00f6\u011frencisi olacak demektir. Bu ma\u011fduriyetin giderilmesi i\u00e7in ba\u015fbakan\u0131m\u0131za buradan sesleniyoruz.
