Kuran, \u201c14 Kas\u0131m, ins\u00fclini bulan Frederick Banting\u2019in do\u011fum y\u0131ld\u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fc dolay\u0131s\u0131yla D\u00fcnya Diyabet G\u00fcn\u00fc olarak ilan edilmi\u015ftir. Her y\u0131l 14 Kas\u0131m\u2019da diyabet g\u00fcnleri, diyabet e\u011fitimleri verilmektedir. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z zaman, diyabet art\u0131k 8 ya\u015f\u0131na kadar d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. T\u0131p 1 ve t\u0131p 2 diyabet diye de ikiye ayr\u0131l\u0131r\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>T\u0131bbi diyet deste\u011finin \u00f6nemine i\u015faret eden Kuran, \u201dDiyetin i\u00e7erisinde bulunan bir tak\u0131m sebze ve baharatlar\u0131n kan \u015fekerini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmede ila\u00e7tan daha etkili oldu\u011fu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Fakat baharat kullan\u0131mlar\u0131na \u00f6zellikle dikkat etmeleri gerekiyor. Diyabet diyetlerindeki baharatlar\u0131n ba\u015f tac\u0131 tabi\u00ee ki de tar\u00e7\u0131n. Hepimiz biliyoruz ki yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda tar\u00e7\u0131n\u0131n en az 40 g\u00fcn boyunca kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 takdirde, \u00f6zellikle \u00c7in tar\u00e7\u0131n\u0131nda bulunan \u00f6zel bir maddenin daha yo\u011fun bulunmas\u0131 sebebiyle kan \u015fekerini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmedeki etkisi olduk\u00e7a fazla. Tar\u00e7\u0131n\u0131n etki mekanizmas\u0131 ins\u00fclin sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 ve kullan\u0131labilirli\u011fini artt\u0131r. Bu sebeple tar\u00e7\u0131n\u0131 t\u0131p 2 diyabet hastalar\u0131nda kullanmak daha faydal\u0131d\u0131r. T\u0131p 1 diyabetli bireylerde tar\u00e7\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131 biraz anlams\u0131z. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc ins\u00fclin salg\u0131lanmayan bir v\u00fccut s\u00f6z konusu ve tar\u00e7\u0131n ins\u00fclin \u00fczerinde etkili. O sebeple tar\u00e7\u0131n\u0131 sadece ins\u00fclin direnci olan ve t\u0131p 2 diyabetli hastalar\u0131m\u0131z kullanabilirler\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSEBZE VE MEYVE T\u00dcKETMEK GEREK\u0130YOR\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Diyabet hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan korumak i\u00e7in sebze ve meyve \u00fcr\u00fcnlerini t\u00fcketmek gerekti\u011fini belirten Beslenme ve Diyet Uzman\u0131 Beg\u00fcm Kuran, \u201cDiyabetten korunmam\u0131z i\u00e7in ilk 10 y\u0131ll\u0131k s\u00fcre\u00e7te bir \u015feyler yapmam\u0131z m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. Bunlar\u0131n aras\u0131nda bol sebze ve meyve t\u00fcketmek gerekiyor. Yani g\u00fcnde 5 porsiyon sebze ve meyve t\u00fcketilmesi laz\u0131m. Bu da demek oluyor ki 2 kep\u00e7e sebze ve 3 porsiyon meyve t\u00fcketilmesi laz\u0131m. Damar sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131za \u00f6zen g\u00f6stermemiz gerekiyor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc diyabetin damarlarla ilgili bir tak\u0131m problemlere yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 biliyoruz. Aksi takdirde ana maddemiz maalesef havaya kar\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015f oluyor.
