Yeni sistemle ilgili de\u011fi\u015fiklik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve sistemde radikal de\u011fi\u015fiklikler yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n planland\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenildi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>G\u00fcn\u00fcn \u015fart\u0131na uygun memur<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De\u011fi\u015fiklik, Ak Parti&#8217;nin 30 Eyl\u00fcl&#8217;de ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen kongresinde ortaya konulan 2023 vizyonu ile ilgili a\u00e7\u0131klanan deklarasyonda da yer buldu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f6z konusu deklarasyonun \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131na ili\u015fkin b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde bug\u00fcne kadar yap\u0131lanlar anlat\u0131l\u0131rken, \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nem i\u00e7in de &#8220;Kamu personel rejimini yeniden ele alarak g\u00fcn\u00fcn \u015fartlar\u0131na ve gelece\u011fin ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na cevap veren yeni bir kamu personel sistemini hayata ge\u00e7irece\u011fiz&#8221; ifadeleri dikkat \u00e7ekmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Edinilen bilgiye g\u00f6re, yeni kamu personel rejiminde en temel d\u00fczenleme olarak &#8220;verimlilik&#8221; ilkesi getirilecek. Bu ilkeye ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak memurun i\u015f g\u00fcvencesi ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lacak. Bu hususa ili\u015fkin usul ve esaslar, Bakanlar Kurulu&#8217;nca belirlenir&#8221; h\u00fckm\u00fc konuldu. Bu konudaki belirlemenin 2013&#8217;ten itibaren pilot olarak y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girmesi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Personel a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131 giderilecek<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yeni sistemde, kamuda 5-10 y\u0131ll\u0131k personel planlamas\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131yor.
