Yeni uygulama kapsam\u0131nda, karar\u0131n al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ilk andan itibaren gerekli t\u00fcm teknik tedbirlerin al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve uygulanmaya ba\u015fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi. Bina giri\u015flerinde HES kodlar\u0131n\u0131n kontrol\u00fcn\u00fcn yan\u0131 s\u0131ra ate\u015f \u00f6l\u00e7erlerle gelenlerin ate\u015fleri \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fcyor, maskelerini yenilemek isteyenlere \u00fccretsiz maske da\u011f\u0131t\u0131l\u0131yor.
