Elif D\u00f6k\u00fcnl\u00fc Dinler, fiziksel hareketsizli\u011fin insan v\u00fccuduna verdi\u011fi rahats\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n en az Cov\u0131d-19 kadar tehlikeli oldu\u011funu belirterek, \u00f6zellikle pandemi s\u00fcrecinde fiziksel aktivitenin insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemi konusunda bilgiler verdi.<\/p>\n<p>Fiziksel aktivitenin, kas- iskelet sisteminin d\u00fczg\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, kalp ve solunum sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131, kaliteli uyku, stres ve kayg\u0131yla ba\u015f edebilme ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemi i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen Ar\u015f. Evde(n) \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, uzaktan \u00f6\u011fretim sistemlerinin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 ve benzeri gibi sebeplerle bireyler, ev i\u00e7erisindeki s\u00fcrelerini daha \u00e7ok oturarak ge\u00e7irmektedir. Bu durum kalp-damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131, ins\u00fclin dengesinin bozulmas\u0131, bel, boyun, s\u0131rt ve eklem a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131 riskini art\u0131rmaktad\u0131r.
