﻿{"id":1556897,"date":"2021-01-04T00:05:41","date_gmt":"2021-01-03T21:05:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.erzurumflas.com\/egitim-bir-sen-ogretmenlik-meslek-kanununun-cikarilmasini-istiyor\/"},"modified":"2021-01-04T00:05:44","modified_gmt":"2021-01-03T21:05:44","slug":"egitim-bir-sen-ogretmenlik-meslek-kanununun-cikarilmasini-istiyor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.erzhaber.com.tr\/?p=1556897","title":{"rendered":"E\u011fitim-Bir-Sen, \u00f6\u011fretmenlik meslek kanununun \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 istiyor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.erzurumflas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/egitim-bir-sen-ogretmenlik-meslek-kanununun-cikarilmasini-istiyor_50c93cd.jpg\" width=\"600\">E\u011fitim-Bir-Sen Malatya \u015eube Ba\u015fkan\u0131 H\u00fcseyin S\u00f6ylemez, \u00f6\u011fretmenler aras\u0131ndaki s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rmalar\u0131n kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 isteyerek, \u201c\u00d6\u011fretmenlik Meslek Kanunu bir an \u00f6nce \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmadan sorunlar\u0131n t\u00fckenmesi de m\u00fcmk\u00fcn g\u00f6r\u00fcnm\u00fcyor\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>E\u011fitim-Bir-Sen Malatya 1 No\u2019lu \u015eube Ba\u015fkan\u0131 ve ayn\u0131 zamanda Memur-Sen \u0130l Temsilcisi H\u00fcseyin S\u00d6YLEMEZ yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 yaz\u0131l\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin sorunlar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00f6nerileri sundu.<\/p>\n<p>Atama ve yer de\u011fi\u015ftirme i\u015flemlerinde adaletli olunmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini dile getiren S\u00f6ylemez, \u201cNorm kadro fazlas\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretmenin sorununu \u00e7\u00f6zmenin en do\u011fru y\u00f6ntemi \u0130l geneli alan de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ve \u00f6z\u00fcr grubundan \u00f6nce ilana \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p puan \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne g\u00f6re iste\u011fe ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak tercihlerine yerle\u015ftirip resen atama yoluna gitmemekten ge\u00e7er. Bir tarafta okulda ya da il\u00e7e emrinde norm fazlas\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretmen dururken, ayn\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretmenin m\u00fcnhal bulunan ba\u015fka kuruma g\u00f6revlendirmesi devam ederken \u00f6ncelik atamalar\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmemesi halinde, \u00f6z\u00fcr grubundan \u0130l d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan ayn\u0131 bran\u015ftan gelecek meslekta\u015f\u0131m\u0131z s\u00f6z konusu kadroyu dolduracak, y\u0131llard\u0131r s\u00f6zde \u0130l, il\u00e7emizin \u00f6\u011fretmeni yine kurumsuz kal\u0131p g\u00f6revlendirildi\u011fi okulu, \u00f6\u011frencileri terk edip farkl\u0131 kuruma gidecek ya da \u0130l\u00e7e emrinde pasif duruma \u00e7ekilecektir. \u00d6\u011fretmenin huzursuzlu\u011fu ile birlikte devlet de zarara girmi\u015f olacakt\u0131r. Hele hele her y\u0131l norm kadro fazlas\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretmenler ile ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 halde  ge\u00e7en d\u00f6nem mezun olan 8. S\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131n, yani bu d\u00f6nemin 9.s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131n\u0131n her y\u0131l\u0131n bir bu\u00e7uk kat\u0131 olmas\u0131ndan kaynakl\u0131 normlar\u0131n ciddi say\u0131da de\u011fi\u015fmi\u015f olmas\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu iken bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n yap\u0131lmamas\u0131 garip olacakt\u0131r&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Alan de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finde k\u0131s\u0131tlamaya gidildi\u011fini ancak bu konuda da ihtiya\u00e7 oldu\u011fu halde atama yap\u0131lmamas\u0131n da anlams\u0131z oldu\u011funu ifade eden S\u00f6ylemez, a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131n\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;\u0130l d\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve il i\u00e7i mazerete ba\u011fl\u0131 ye de\u011fi\u015ftirmek isteyen meslekta\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n yar\u0131y\u0131l tatilinde m\u00fcnhal ve muhtemel bo\u015falacak kadrolara yerle\u015fmeleri m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olurken, yaz d\u00f6neminde il d\u0131\u015f\u0131 mazerete ba\u011fl\u0131 yer de\u011fi\u015ftirme talebi il, il\u00e7e emri ile yerine getirilip ma\u011fduriyetleri giderilmektedir. Bu d\u00f6nemde de MEB \u0130l, \u0130l\u00e7e emri ile ilgili net a\u00e7\u0131klama yapmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in  tercih esnas\u0131nda ayn\u0131 bran\u015fta y\u00fcksek puanl\u0131 meslekta\u015f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n tercihen ta\u015fraya atand\u0131\u011f\u0131, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck puanl\u0131 meslekta\u015f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n da il, il\u00e7e emri ile merkeze yerle\u015fme adaletsizli\u011fine y\u0131llard\u0131r \u015fahit oluyoruz. Bu arada yaz d\u00f6neminde il d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan mazereti olan meslekta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ma\u011fduriyeti giderilirken, y\u0131llard\u0131r g\u00fcnl\u00fck 100-150 kilometre yol gidip gelme zorunlulu\u011fu olan il i\u00e7i mazeret sahiplerinin ma\u011fdur edildi\u011fi a\u015fikard\u0131r. L\u00fctfen y\u0131llard\u0131r kendi ilinde hizmet ederken ma\u011fduriyet ya\u015fayan \u00e7ileke\u015f meslekta\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za da mazeretine g\u00f6re il\u00e7e emri verelim.<\/p>\n<p>Akabinde \u00f6zellikle baz\u0131 bran\u015flarda \u0130l i\u00e7i yer de\u011fi\u015ftirme imkan\u0131 ortadan kalkan arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in y\u0131lda bir defa ve zamans\u0131z \u0130l i\u00e7i yer de\u011fi\u015ftirmeyi terk edip y\u0131l boyunca m\u00fcnhaller s\u00f6z konusu olduk\u00e7a s\u0131ra \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma yoluna gidelim.\u0130l d\u0131\u015f\u0131 yer de\u011fi\u015ftirmelerinde de k\u0131s\u0131tlamaya gidilerek m\u00fcnhal yerlerin kapat\u0131lmas\u0131 yolunu terk edelim.
