Ba\u015fkan Sava\u015f, kan ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131 yaparak, eme\u011fi ge\u00e7enlere te\u015fekk\u00fcr etti. K\u0131z\u0131lay\u2019\u0131n vatanda\u015flar\u0131n yard\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 bekledi\u011fini belirten Ba\u015fkan Sava\u015f, \u201c\u0130nsan do\u011fuyor, ya\u015f\u0131yor ve \u00f6l\u00fcyor.
