G\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmemizde iki \u00fcniversite aras\u0131nda daha \u00f6nce imzalanan protokollerin \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n de\u011ferlendirdik ve yeni i\u015f birlikleri ve ortak projeleri kapsayan yeni bir protokol imzalad\u0131k.
