﻿{"id":1578173,"date":"2022-02-17T15:08:19","date_gmt":"2022-02-17T12:08:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.erzurumflas.com\/?p=1578173"},"modified":"2022-02-17T15:08:19","modified_gmt":"2022-02-17T12:08:19","slug":"gastronomi-ve-mutfak-sanatlari-bolumunun-akreditasyonu-turak-tarafindan-yenilendi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.erzhaber.com.tr\/?p=1578173","title":{"rendered":"Gastronomi ve mutfak sanatlar\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn akreditasyonu turak taraf\u0131ndan yenilendi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Atat\u00fcrk \u00dcniversitesi Turizm Fak\u00fcltesi Gastronomi ve Mutfak Sanatlar\u0131 B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc, Turizm E\u011fitimi De\u011ferlendirme ve Akreditasyon Kurulu (TURAK) taraf\u0131ndan akredite edildi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Turizm sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn ihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011fu e\u011fitim, ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve hizmeti sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in bilgi ve de\u011fer \u00fcreten Turizm Fak\u00fcltesinin vermi\u015f oldu\u011fu kaliteli e\u011fitim tescillendi. 2021 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7inde bir y\u0131l s\u00fcre ile akredite olan Gastronomi ve Mutfak Sanatlar\u0131 B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc, akreditasyonun yenilenmesi i\u00e7in TURAK\u2019a ba\u015fvuruda bulundu. \u00d6z De\u011ferlendirme Raporunda uluslararas\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fctleri dikkate alan TURAK De\u011ferlendirme Tak\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n, 15-16 Kas\u0131m tarihlerinde yap\u0131lan saha ziyareti 18 farkl\u0131 oturumla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi.<br \/>\nSaha ziyaretlerinin ard\u0131ndan, Turizm Fak\u00fcltesi Gastronomi ve Mutfak Sanatlar\u0131 Lisans Program\u0131n\u0131n ara akreditasyon de\u011ferlendirilmesi sonucunda, TURAK y\u00f6nergesine g\u00f6re 01.01.2022 tarihinden itibaren 3 y\u0131l s\u00fcre ile \u201cTam Akreditasyon\u201d ile akredite edilmesine karar verildi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rekt\u00f6r \u00c7omakl\u0131: \u201cYenilik\u00e7i Bir E\u011fitim Anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla Hareket Ediyoruz\u201d<\/strong><br \/>\nTurizm sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn d\u00fcnya ekonomisinde en h\u0131zl\u0131 geli\u015fen ve b\u00fcy\u00fcyen sekt\u00f6rlerden biri konumunda oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7eken Rekt\u00f6r Prof. Dr. \u00d6mer \u00c7omakl\u0131 ise, bir\u00e7ok \u00fclkenin ekonomik ve sosyal kalk\u0131nmas\u0131nda lokomotif sekt\u00f6r konumunda olan turizm sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn, \u00fclkelerin kalk\u0131nmas\u0131nda \u00f6nemli fonksiyonu olan temel sekt\u00f6rlerden birisi haline geldi\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekti.<br \/>\nTurizm sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn d\u00fcnyada ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de h\u0131zl\u0131 bir geli\u015fme g\u00f6stermesinin bu sekt\u00f6rde \u00e7al\u0131\u015facak nitelikli i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc gereksinimini de art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden Rekt\u00f6r \u00c7omakl\u0131, Turizm Fak\u00fcltesinin uzun y\u0131llard\u0131r sekt\u00f6re donan\u0131ml\u0131 bireyler yeti\u015ftirdi\u011fini, i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n gereksinim duydu\u011fu nitelikli i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kapatmak \u00fczere yenilik\u00e7i bir e\u011fitim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 benimsedi\u011fini ve bu do\u011frultuda TURAK taraf\u0131ndan verilen kaliteli e\u011fitimin tescillendi\u011fini aktard\u0131.<br \/>\nBu s\u00fcrecin olumlu sonu\u00e7lanmas\u0131nda eme\u011fi ge\u00e7en herkese te\u015fekk\u00fcr eden \u00c7omakl\u0131, akredite ba\u015fvurusunda olan bir\u00e7ok b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn s\u0131rada oldu\u011funu belirterek yak\u0131n zamanda onlar\u0131n da akredite edilece\u011fine inand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6zlerine ekledi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Atat\u00fcrk \u00dcniversitesi Turizm Fak\u00fcltesi Gastronomi ve Mutfak Sanatlar\u0131 B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc, Turizm E\u011fitimi De\u011ferlendirme ve Akreditasyon Kurulu (TURAK) taraf\u0131ndan akredite edildi.
