Mezuniyetinin ard\u0131ndan Erzurum \u0130l Sa\u011fl\u0131k M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fcn \u00e7e\u015fitli birimlerinde y\u00f6neticilik yaparak sa\u011fl\u0131k y\u00f6netimi alan\u0131nda tecr\u00fcbe kazand\u0131. Meslek hayat\u0131 boyunca sa\u011fl\u0131k sisteminin pek \u00e7ok farkl\u0131 kademesinde sorumluluk \u00fcstlenen Fakirullaho\u011flu&#8217;nun kariyeri dikkat \u00e7eken ba\u015far\u0131larla dolu: 2015-2016 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda Erzurum Halk Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc olarak \u015fehre hizmet verdi.
