Bu durum s\u0131nav\u0131n ay\u0131rt edicili\u011fini etkileyen dikkat \u00e7ekici bir ba\u015fka \u00f6zellik olmu\u015ftur. Paragraf sorular\u0131, beklendi\u011fi gibi genelde orta uzunlukta ve g\u00fcnl\u00fck hayatla ili\u015fkilendirilmi\u015f metinlerden olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r fakat baz\u0131 paragraf sorular\u0131nda cevaba ula\u015fabilmek; metindeki ifadelerden hareket etmeyi , \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131m yapabilmeyi ve eleme y\u00f6ntemi kullanmay\u0131 gerektirmi\u015ftir. \u00d6rne\u011fin \u00e7ay\u0131r ve okyanuslarla ilgili ortak y\u00f6n sorusundaki 1. metinde kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rma ifadesi bulunmamaktad\u0131r ancak say\u0131sal veri olarak rakamla de\u011fil yaz\u0131yla belirtilen  \u201c\u00e7eyre\u011finden fazla\u201d ve \u201c\u00fc\u00e7te ikisinden fazla\u201d ifadeleri \u00f6\u011frencilerin \u00e7eldirici olan \u201cD\u201d se\u00e7ene\u011fini i\u015faretlemelerine yol a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Dil bilgisinde \u201cfiilimsi\u201d ve \u201cc\u00fcmlenin \u00f6geleri\u201d ile \u201cyaz\u0131m kurallar\u0131\u201d kazan\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7en sorular a\u00e7\u0131k ve cevaplar nettir. Konular\u0131 kavram\u0131\u015f \u00f6\u011frenciler bu sorular\u0131 rahatl\u0131kla yan\u0131tlayabilmi\u015flerdir. Virg\u00fcl\u00fcn kullan\u0131m\u0131yla ilgili soru, c\u00fcmlenin anlam\u0131ndan hareketle ve \u00f6\u011fe bilgisiyle se\u00e7enekleri de\u011ferlendirmeyi gerektirmi\u015ftir. Haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tamamlamam\u0131\u015f bir \u00f6\u011frencinin yapabilece\u011fi soru say\u0131s\u0131 en fazla 10 adettir. Kalan 10 sorudan 4 tanesi zor ve ay\u0131rt edicidir. Bunlardan bir tanesi, i\u00e7erisine karek\u00f6kl\u00fc say\u0131 yerle\u015ftirilmi\u015f olan h\u0131z problemi sorusu, di\u011feri de dairenin \u00e7ap\u0131n\u0131n i\u015flevsel olarak kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 gerektiren \u201cHedef Tahtas\u0131\u201d sorusudur. Ayr\u0131ca bu sorular, sarmal yap\u0131ya dayanan ve ge\u00e7mi\u015ften gelen bilgilere ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan sorulard\u0131r. Di\u011fer iki zor soru da 5 say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n (-4 ).kuvvetinin soruldu\u011fu soru ile \u201c\u00dc\u00e7 basamakl\u0131 olan ve birler basama\u011f\u0131 9 olan tam kare say\u0131lar\u201d sorusudur. Kalan 6 soru anla\u015f\u0131labilir ancak i\u015flem y\u00fck\u00fc fazla olan sorulard\u0131r.
