Klinik Psikolog El\u00e7in K\u00fclah\u00e7\u0131o\u011flu, i\u015ftahs\u0131z, yemek reddeden ve yemek se\u00e7en \u00e7ocuklar ile ilgili sorunlar ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00f6nerileri hakk\u0131nda ailelere \u00f6nemli bilgiler verdi.<\/p>\n<p>Ev i\u00e7erisinde yap\u0131labilecek baz\u0131 olumlu d\u00fczenlemeleri ile \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm bulunabilece\u011fini belirten Uzm. Klinik Psikolog El\u00e7in K\u00fclah\u00e7\u0131o\u011flu, &#8220;Evde d\u00fczeni oturtun. Nas\u0131l ki d\u00fczenli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131 sizin v\u00fccudunuzu belli saatlerde ac\u0131kmaya ko\u015fulland\u0131r\u0131yorsa, \u00e7ocu\u011funuz i\u00e7in de d\u00fczenli ya\u015fam ve belli saatlerde beslenme d\u00fczeni, bu duruma al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131racakt\u0131r. Belli saatlerde sofran\u0131n kurulup sonra kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flay\u0131n. Porsiyonlar\u0131 ona uygun d\u00fczenleyin. \u00d6n\u00fcne koydu\u011funuz yemek miktar\u0131 \u00e7ocu\u011funuzun yiyebilece\u011fi kadar olsun, fazlas\u0131n\u0131 koyup bitiremeyince onu ve sizi saran ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131k hissini bu \u015fekilde engellemi\u015f olursunuz. Beraber masaya oturun, yemek yesin ya da yeme\u011fi reddetsin, beraber masaya oturma al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 geli\u015ftirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131n. \u00c7ocu\u011funuz ve sizin \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fczde ayn\u0131 yemekten olmas\u0131nda fayda vard\u0131r. Sadece onun sevdi\u011fi yiyecekleri ona \u00f6zel yapmak, dengeli beslenme a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan gerekli di\u011fer besinleri deneyip al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 engelleyecektir.? Yemek i\u00e7in marketten al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f yapma, evde haz\u0131rlama ve masaya koyma s\u00fcrecine onu dahil edip, ufak g\u00f6revler vererek ilgisini \u00e7ekmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131n. Yemek saatinde yeme\u011fi reddeden \u00e7ocu\u011funuza istedi\u011fi anda istedi\u011fi besini vermeniz, d\u00fczen oturtma s\u00fcrecini zorla\u015ft\u0131racak ve \u00e7aresizlik hissinizi artt\u0131racakt\u0131r. Ona sadece bir sonraki yemek-ara \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn saatini beklemesi gerekti\u011fini ifade edin ve bu ifadenize tutumlu davran\u0131\u015flar sergilemeye \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterin.Bu konuyla ilgili zorland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen ebevenylerin bir uzmanla g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015ferek yard\u0131m almas\u0131nda fayda olacakt\u0131r&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7ocuklarda \u00f6zellikle 18. aylarda ba\u015flayan yeme\u011fi reddetme s\u00fcre\u00e7i, s\u0131kl\u0131kla 2-5 ya\u015f aras\u0131 \u00e7ocuklarda rastlanan bir durum olarak de\u011ferlendiren K\u00fclah\u00e7\u0131o\u011flu  &#8221; \u00d6ncelikle her rahats\u0131zl\u0131kta oldu\u011fu gibi durumun psikolojik etmenlerini de\u011ferlendirmeden \u00f6nce alt\u0131nda yatan herhangi bir fizyolojik neden olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. \u00c7ocu\u011funuzun birden bire i\u015ftah\u0131n\u0131n kesildi\u011fini fark etti\u011finizde herhangi bir enfeksiyon durumu, kans\u0131zl\u0131k, kab\u0131zl\u0131k problemi ya\u015fayan \u00e7ocuklarda i\u015ftahs\u0131zl\u0131k bir belirti olabildi\u011finden, doktorunuzla g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015ferek sa\u011fl\u0131k kontrollerini yapt\u0131rman\u0131zda fayda vard\u0131r. Bu gibi durumlar haricinde yemede a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 se\u00e7icilik, isteksizlik ve yeme\u011fe kar\u015f\u0131 ilgi azl\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u00e7ocuklarda yeme reddi olarak tan\u0131mlanan ve davran\u0131\u015fsal m\u00fcdahalelerle kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 hedeflenen bir s\u00fcre\u00e7tir&#8221; \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;BA\u015eKA \u00c7OCUKLARLA KIYASLAMAYIN &#8220;<\/p>\n<p>Yeme reddini \u00e7o\u011fu \u00e7ocu\u011fun ge\u00e7ti\u011fi normal bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 olarak de\u011ferlendiren K\u00fclah\u00e7\u0131o\u011flu&#8221; Yeme d\u00fczeni oturtmak \u00f6\u011frenilen bir davran\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yeni tatlara kar\u015f\u0131 \u00f6n yarg\u0131l\u0131 ve \u00e7ekimser davranmak, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n kendisini zehirlenmeye kar\u015f\u0131 korumaya ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 ilkel bir tepkidir. Bu durum olduk\u00e7a normal ve do\u011fal kabul edilir.  Yemek yemenin bir d\u00fczen i\u00e7erisinde, belli bir s\u00fcre s\u0131n\u0131rlamas\u0131 olan bir davran\u0131\u015f oldu\u011funu \u00f6\u011frenmek t\u0131pk\u0131 tuvalet e\u011fitimi, okula al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcreci gibi \u00f6\u011frenilen bir davran\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu nedenle \u0131srarc\u0131 ve sab\u0131rs\u0131z davranmak yerine, ona ve kendinize zaman tan\u0131y\u0131n. Baz\u0131 durumlarda istedi\u011fini yeme veya yemeyi reddetme davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131, \u00f6zellikle 2 ya\u015f s\u00fcreciyle geli\u015fen \u2019ben\u2019 kavram\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde kendisini bir birey olarak g\u00f6sterme ve kabullendirme s\u00fcrecinin bir par\u00e7as\u0131d\u0131r. Ev i\u00e7erisinde \u00e7ocu\u011fu zorlamak, korkutmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak, s\u00fcrekli yemekle ilgili konu\u015fmak ve di\u011fer \u00e7ocuklarla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmalar yaparak utand\u0131rmak, benlik geli\u015fimine zarar verebilece\u011finden ev i\u00e7erisinde ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken davran\u0131\u015flardand\u0131r. Bu t\u00fcr davran\u0131\u015flar i\u00e7eren ebeveyn tutumlar\u0131, yeme reddini artt\u0131rarak, bu do\u011fal s\u00fcreci \u2019inatla\u015fma s\u00fcrecine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrebilmektedir&#8221;diyerek uyar\u0131da bulundu.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7OCUK BESLEMEDE A\u0130LEN\u0130N YAPTI\u011eI YANLI\u015eLAR<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;\u00c7ocuklar\u0131n yeme\u011fe kar\u015f\u0131 tutumlar\u0131n\u0131 ebeveynler \u2019ki\u015fiselle\u015ftirmekten\u2019 ka\u00e7\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131rlar&#8221; diyen K\u00fclah\u00e7\u0131o\u011flu, &#8220;Yani bir anne, \u00e7ocu\u011funun yeme\u011fe kar\u015f\u0131 tutumu kendisine kar\u015f\u0131 ya da s\u00f6yledi\u011fi s\u00f6ze kar\u015f\u0131 itiraz, ba\u015fkald\u0131rma ya da kendisini reddetme olarak yorumlad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda daha \u00f6fkeli ve \u0131srarc\u0131 bir tutum sergileyebilir. Ailenin bu konuyla ilgili bask\u0131c\u0131 tutumu \u00e7ocuklarda ba\u015fka davran\u0131\u015f problemlerini de beraberinde getirir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc ebeveynin yeme konusundaki kayg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131 ve bu durumun davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131na yans\u0131mas\u0131, \u00e7ocu\u011fun tepki olarak yemek reddini artt\u0131racakt\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca \u00e7ocu\u011fu korkutarak ya da tehditle yeme al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kazand\u0131rmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak en s\u0131k yap\u0131lan hatalardand\u0131r. \u00c7ocu\u011fun korku gibi olumsuz duygular\u0131 yemekle ba\u011fda\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131na neden olaca\u011f\u0131ndan, yemekle ilgili ka\u00e7\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 artt\u0131racakt\u0131r.
