Il\u0131y\u0131nca ak\u015fam yemeklerinden \u00f6nce ve gece yatarken i\u00e7in. 2 i\u00e7im aras\u0131nda en az 3 saat fark olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bu k\u00fcre 30 g\u00fcn devam edilmelidir. Bir 15 g\u00fcn kullan\u0131p 3 g\u00fcn ara verin ve tekrardan bir 15 g\u00fcn daha kullanarak 30 g\u00fcne tamamlanabilir. Her defas\u0131nda taze olarak haz\u0131rlanmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u015eikayetlere g\u00f6re d\u00f6nem, d\u00f6nem tekrarlanabilir.
