Fen Fak\u00fcltesi Fizik B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Prof.Dr. Fahrettin Yakuphano\u011flu, cihazlar\u0131n \u00fcretimini ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bir \u015fekilde tamamlad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, cihazlar\u0131n seri \u00fcretimine F\u0131rat \u00dcniversitesi Teknokent b\u00fcnyesinde devam edildi\u011fini aktard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bu t\u00fcr cihazlar\u0131n elektronik teknolojisinde, enerji uygulamalar\u0131nda ve bilimsel ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarda \u00e7ok ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan cihazlar oldu\u011funu ifade eden Prof. Dr. Yakuphano\u011flu, &#8220;Bu cihazlar yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan ciddi maliyetlerle sat\u0131n al\u0131n\u0131yor. F\u0131rat \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nde \u00fcretilen cihazlar\u0131n sat\u0131\u015f bedeli yar\u0131 fiyat\u0131na alacak. Solar Sim\u00fclat\u00f6r ve Spektral \u0130letkenlik-Kuantum Verimlilik Cihazlar\u0131, g\u00fcne\u015f pili ve panellerin verimliliklerinin belirlenmesi ve elektriksel karakterizasyonu, metal-yar\u0131 iletken diyotlar\u0131n elektriksel ve foto iletkenlik \u00f6zellikleri, PN eklem yar\u0131 iletkenlerin elektriksel ve foto iletkenlik \u00f6zelliklerinin karakterizasyonu, Fotodedekt\u00f6rlerin spektral \u00f6zelliklerinin belirlenmesi, farkl\u0131 ayd\u0131nlanma \u015fiddetleri ve dalga boylar\u0131nda I-V, C-V, G-V, -V, Rs-V, I-t, c-t gibi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmler, Photoak\u0131m \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmleri, Fotokapasit\u00f6r \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmler, Aray\u00fczey durum yo\u011funlu\u011funun belirlenmesi, Fotodiyotlar\u0131n foto iletkenlik ve fotovoltaik \u00f6zelliklerinin belirlenmesi, Fototransist\u00f6rlerin elektriksel karakterizasyonu, Fotosens\u00f6rlerin elektriksel \u00f6zelliklerinin belirlenmesi gibi bir\u00e7ok kullan\u0131m alan\u0131na sahiptirler. Solar sim\u00fclat\u00f6rlerimizi AAA, ABA ve ABB class olarak bilgisayar kontroll\u00fc \u00fcretebilmekteyiz. Spektral Photoresponse Cihaz\u0131 ise dalga boyu 400 nm-bin 100 mm aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015febilmektedir.
