Kitapta, kamuoyuna hi\u00e7 yans\u0131mayan \u00f6nemli tespitlerde yer al\u0131rken, bunlar\u0131n aras\u0131nda kitaba de\u011ferlendirmelerde bulunan radar uzmanlar\u0131 ve pilotlar\u0131n, d\u00fc\u015fmeden 4 dk. \u00f6nce jetlerin, helikopterin tepesinde oldu\u011funa ili\u015fkin yapt\u0131klar\u0131 analiz dikkat \u00e7ekiyor. 25 Mart 2009 tarihinde Kahramanmara\u015f&#8217;\u0131n \u00c7a\u011flayancerit il\u00e7esinden 14.43&#8217;de kalkan helikopter i\u00e7inde BBP Lideri Muhsin Yaz\u0131c\u0131o\u011flu, BBP&#8217;li Erhan \u00dcst\u00fcnda\u011f, Y\u00fcksel Yanc\u0131, Murat \u00c7etinkaya, \u0130HA Muhabiri \u0130smail G\u00fcne\u015f ve Pilot Kaya \u0130stektepe&#8217;yi ta\u015f\u0131yordu. Helikopter 15.03&#8217;te Ke\u015f Da\u011flar\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n eteklerine d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. O s\u0131rada radarlar 4 dakika 47 saniye kararm\u0131\u015f ve bu durumu Genelkurmay Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, &#8220;Do\u011fu b\u00f6lgesindeki t\u00fcm radarlar ar\u0131zaya girdi\u011fi i\u00e7in g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc al\u0131namad\u0131 \u015feklinde&#8221; a\u00e7\u0131klam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Genelkurmay Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda, iddia edildi\u011fi gibi helikopterin havadaki jetler taraf\u0131ndan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclebilmesi i\u00e7in 4 dakika 47 saniyelik zaman diliminin yeterli olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurguluyordu. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc d\u00fc\u015fen helikopterin enkaz mahalline, en yak\u0131n Merzifon&#8217;dan kalkan MJ524 iz numaral\u0131 F-16 sava\u015f u\u00e7a\u011f\u0131n\u0131n 28,5 km uza\u011f\u0131nda oldu\u011funu iddia ediyordu. Fakat &#8220;Kanl\u0131 \u00c7ukur&#8221; kitab\u0131nda uzmanlar\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmelere g\u00f6re, helikopter d\u00fc\u015fmeden 4 dakika \u00f6nce yani saat: 14.59 da sava\u015f u\u00e7aklar\u0131yla helikopterin bir noktada kesi\u015fti\u011fi iddia edildi.<\/p>\n<p itemprop=\"description\">\n<p itemprop=\"description\">\n<p itemprop=\"description\">\n<p>JETLER HEL\u0130KOPTERE 28,5 KM&#8217;DEN \u00c7OK DAHA YAKINDI<\/p>\n<p>Genelkurmay Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, soru\u015fturmay\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fcten \u00d6zel Yetkili Cumhuriyet Savc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;na g\u00f6nderdi\u011fi gizli ibareli sunum dosyas\u0131nda helikopterin d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc zaman dilimi olan 15.03&#8217;te Merzifon&#8217;dan kalkan MJ524 iz numaral\u0131 F-16 sava\u015f u\u00e7a\u011f\u0131 TC-HEK i\u015faretli helikopterin bulundu\u011fu enkaz mahalline 28,5 km uza\u011f\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Genelkurmay Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 hesaplama da temel bir hata bulundu\u011funu belirten uzmanlar, \u00fc\u00e7 jetin Yaz\u0131c\u0131o\u011flu&#8217;nu ta\u015f\u0131yan helikopterin Saat 14.58-14.59 zaman aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ayn\u0131 noktada bulu\u015ftu\u011funu belirtiyor. DDK&#8217;da, \u0130smail G\u00fcne\u015f&#8217;in helikopter i\u00e7inde \u00e7ekti\u011fi foto\u011fraflardan helikopterin muhtemel u\u00e7u\u015f rotas\u0131n\u0131 belirlemi\u015fti. Helikopterin d\u00fc\u015fmesine 4\u20135 dakika \u00f6ncesinde sava\u015f u\u00e7aklar\u0131n\u0131n, Genelkurmay&#8217;\u0131n raporunun aksine zaman zaman al\u00e7aktan u\u00e7tu\u011fu ve helikoptere \u00e7ok daha yak\u0131n mesafede oldu\u011fu anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. Lahika3&#8217;deki radar iz kay\u0131tlar\u0131na g\u00f6re sava\u015f u\u00e7aklar\u0131ndan MJ524 iz numaral\u0131 F-16&#8217;n\u0131n, saat: 14.58&#8217;de yakla\u015f\u0131k 6600 metre y\u00fcksekten u\u00e7tu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. O s\u0131rada F-16 tam da helikopterin bulundu\u011fu g\u00fczergahta u\u00e7u\u015funu ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirip, kalk\u0131\u015f yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 yer olan Merzifon&#8217;a ini\u015fini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyor. Ayn\u0131 g\u00fczergahta u\u00e7an HH721 iz numaral\u0131 F-4 sava\u015f u\u00e7a\u011f\u0131 ise 14.58&#8217;de ortalama 8400 metre y\u00fcksekten u\u00e7arak saat:14.58&#8217;de helikopterin muhtemelen olabilece\u011fi noktada u\u00e7u\u015funu ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyor. HH721 iz numaral\u0131 F\u20134 sava\u015f u\u00e7a\u011f\u0131 da Erha\u00e7 Havaliman\u0131na 15.41&#8217;de ini\u015f yap\u0131yor. Bu iki sava\u015f u\u00e7a\u011f\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131nda bir ba\u015fka sava\u015f u\u00e7a\u011f\u0131 daha ayn\u0131 noktaya do\u011fru u\u00e7u\u015funu ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyor. \u00dc\u00e7 sava\u015f u\u00e7a\u011f\u0131n\u0131n havada olmas\u0131, Yaz\u0131c\u0131o\u011flu ile birlikte 6 ki\u015fiyi ta\u015f\u0131yan helikopterin u\u00e7u\u015f g\u00fczerg\u00e2h\u0131nda oldu\u011fu yerde kesi\u015fme ihtimalini art\u0131r\u0131yor. \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc hava arac\u0131 ise HK046 iz numaral\u0131 olan F\u20134 sava\u015f u\u00e7a\u011f\u0131. Bu u\u00e7ak ilgin\u00e7tir Yaz\u0131c\u0131o\u011flu&#8217;nu ta\u015f\u0131yan TC-HEK i\u015faretli helikopterin \u00c7a\u011flayancerit&#8217;ten havaland\u0131\u011f\u0131 14.43&#8217;den iki dakika sonra 14.45&#8217;te Malatya Erha\u00e7 Havaliman\u0131ndan kalk\u0131yor. Saat: 14.58&#8217;de ise di\u011fer iki sava\u015f u\u00e7aklar\u0131n\u0131n oldu\u011fu noktaya do\u011fru geliyor. 14.58\u201314.59 zaman dilimi aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda F\u20134 sava\u015f u\u00e7a\u011f\u0131 ortalama 4 bin metre y\u00fcksekten u\u00e7uyor. Hac\u0131mustafao\u011fullar\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 analiz \u015f\u00f6yle: &#8220;Genelkurmay Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n bug\u00fcne kadar haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 raporlarda, jetlerin helikoptere mesafesinin 28,5 km oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yl\u00fcyordu. Ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan belgeler ile bunun do\u011fru olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. Jetlerin helikoptere \u00e7ok daha yak\u0131n mesafede u\u00e7tu\u011fu anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. 14.43&#8217;de helikopter \u00c7a\u011flayancerit&#8217;ten kalk\u0131\u015f yapt\u0131ktan sonra 2 dakika sonra HK046 iz numaral\u0131 F4&#8217;\u00fcn kalk\u0131\u015f yap\u0131p helikopterin u\u00e7tu\u011fu istikamette u\u00e7mas\u0131 bir tesad\u00fcf olamaz. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla di\u011fer sava\u015f u\u00e7aklar\u0131yla saat: 14.59&#8217;da bir noktada bulu\u015fmas\u0131 jetlerin helikopteri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne ili\u015fkin ku\u015fkular\u0131 daha da art\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. K\u0131saca \u015funu s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. Jetler, saat: 14.59&#8217;da helikopterin tepesindeydi.
