Derslerden \u00f6nce temel \u0131s\u0131nma hareketleri yapan \u00f6\u011frenciler, g\u00fcne daha zinde bir ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 yapman\u0131n ayr\u0131cal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirtiyor.<\/p>\n<p>Ayval\u0131k Mehmet Akif Ersoy Ortaokulu yetkilileri, sabah erken saatlerde ba\u015flayan dersler sebebiyle \u00f6\u011frencilerin aktif olamamas\u0131 ve derslere kat\u0131l\u0131mda problemi ya\u015fanmas\u0131 \u00fczerine \u00f6rnek bir proje hayata ge\u00e7irdi. Ders \u00f6ncesi spor yapma karar\u0131 al\u0131nan okulda Beden E\u011fitimi \u00d6\u011fretmeni G\u00fcl\u015fen Y\u00fccel \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde haftada 3 g\u00fcn 650 \u00f6\u011frenci ile 50 \u00f6\u011fretmen birlikte kol, bacak ve boyun hareketleriyle spor yaparak derslere haz\u0131rlanmaya ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Mehmet Akif Ersoy Ortaokul M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Mustafa Kurtulu\u015f, \u2019Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 Ya\u015fam \u0130\u00e7in Spor\u2019 slogan\u0131yla yola \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, derslere spor yaparak ba\u015flaman\u0131n \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n g\u00fcne zinde ba\u015flamalar\u0131n\u0131, ayr\u0131ca g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn en tehlikeli hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 obeziteyle spor yoluyla m\u00fccadele etmeyi hedeflediklerini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Sporun sa\u011fl\u0131k ve zindelik i\u00e7in sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 yararlar giderek daha iyi anla\u015f\u0131lmaya ba\u015fland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Kurtulu\u015f, d\u00fczenli fiziksel aktivitenin sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 kilonun s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmesi, dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k, g\u00fc\u00e7 ve esnekli\u011fin artmas\u0131ndaki rol\u00fcn\u00fcn yan\u0131 s\u0131ra g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz hastal\u0131klar\u0131 olarak kabul edilen kronik hastal\u0131klara yakalanma riskini azaltt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a bilindi\u011fini kaydetti.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00fcd\u00fcr Kurtulu\u015f, \u201cS\u00f6z konusu bu yararlar sadece bireysel d\u00fczeyde \u00f6nemli de\u011fildir. D\u00fcnyan\u0131n her yerinde giderek maliyeti artan sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmetleri y\u00f6n\u00fcnden koruyucu sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmetleri kapsam\u0131nda fiziksel aktivitenin sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 yararlar \u00f6nemli bir tasarruf sa\u011flayabilmektedir. Ancak d\u00fczenli bir sa\u011fl\u0131k i\u00e7in gerek \u00e7ocuk gerekse yeti\u015fkinlerin b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funun yeteri kadar fiziksel aktivite yapmad\u0131klar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Sa\u011fl\u0131kla ilgilenenler fiziksel aktivitenin, neden \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu anlamal\u0131, t\u00fcm ya\u015flardaki bireyleri ya\u015fam\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak fiziksel aktivite ve spora kat\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131 i\u00e7in motive edilmesine inand\u0131k ve bu projeyi hayata soktuk. Dersler ac\u0131s\u0131ndan genelde b\u00fct\u00fcn okullarda ilk dersin 20 dakikas\u0131 \u00f6l\u00fc zamand\u0131r. \u00c7ocu\u011fun uykusunun a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131, \u00f6\u011fretmenin derse haz\u0131rlamas\u0131 zaman al\u0131r ama biz bu durumu dersten \u00f6nce hallediyoruz. Sabah\u0131n getirdi\u011fi mahmurluk sporla at\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan dersler daha verimli ge\u00e7iyor. Etkinli\u011fe okul idaresi ve \u00f6\u011fretmenler de kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan \u00f6\u011frencilerimiz daha istekli oluyor\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Projenin koordinat\u00f6r \u00f6\u011fretmeni G\u00fcl\u015fen Y\u00fccel ise sporun insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6neminin yads\u0131namayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131, \u00f6\u011frencilerine bu bilinci a\u015f\u0131lamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.<\/p>\n<p>Projeyle \u00f6\u011frencilere spor al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kazand\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlatan Y\u00fccel, &#8220;\u00c7ocuklar sabah okula gelirken uykunun verdi\u011fi mahmurlukla derslerde ilk 15-20 dakikada konsantrasyon sorunu ya\u015f\u0131yordu. \u00c7ocuklar uyu\u015fuk halde oluyorlard\u0131 ama \u015fimdi v\u00fccut sporla harekete ge\u00e7iyor ve \u00e7ocuklar derse daha aktif kat\u0131l\u0131yorlar. Sabah durgunlu\u011fundan kurtulmu\u015f vaziyetteler.
