Bu maddenin, 10 y\u0131ldan fazla s\u00fcredir ayn\u0131 evde oturan kirac\u0131lar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan olumsuz etkileri olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 savunan B\u00fcy\u00fcknohut\u00e7u, &#8220;Ge\u00e7mi\u015fte b\u00fct\u00fcn edinimlerini yerine getiren, kiras\u0131n\u0131 do\u011fru \u00f6deyen ve y\u0131ll\u0131k art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 yapan kirac\u0131lar istedikleri kadar evlerde oturabiliyordu. B\u00fcy\u00fcknohut\u00e7u, kirac\u0131lara kontrat imzalarken &#8220;tahliye belgesi&#8221; imzalamamalar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nererek, &#8220;Tek \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm yasal d\u00fczenleme. T\u00fcm siyasi parti temsilcilerine sesleniyoruz. Meclis&#8217;te bu acilen g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fclmeli.
