Ayr\u0131ca ayn\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u00f6\u011fretmen\u00a0ihtiyac\u0131\u00a0planlamalar\u0131na ili\u015fkin Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zca y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u00f6\u011fretmen istihdam projeksiyonu\u00a0\u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na\u00a0da vurgu yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u201d ifadelerini\u00a0kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>MEB-IKOP\u00a0\u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n\u00a0ilk a\u015famas\u0131 tamamland\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Din\u00e7er, Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00f6\u011fretmenlik meslek\u00a0se\u00e7imi\u00a0ve\u00a0mezuniyet\u00a0sonras\u0131 istihdam konusunda kal\u0131c\u0131 ve sistematik bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm bulmak amac\u0131yla y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u201c\u00d6\u011fretmen \u0130stihdam Projeksiyonlar\u0131, Stratejileri ve Sistemlerinin Geli\u015ftirilmesi Projesi&#8217;nin (MEB-IKOP)\u201d ilk a\u015famas\u0131n\u0131n tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bildirdi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Din\u00e7er \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u00d6\u011fretmenlik mesle\u011fi arz-talep\u00a0projeksiyonu\u00a0\u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131\u00a0da kapsayan MEB-IKOP proje\u00a0\u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131,Ankara\u00a0\u00dcniversitesi, Hacettepe\u00a0\u00dcniversitesi, Gazi\u00a0\u00dcniversitesi, Orta Do\u011fu Teknik\u00a0\u00dcniversitesi\u00a0gibi \u00fclkemizin sayg\u0131n\u00a0\u00fcniversitelerinden\u00a0akademisyenlerin\u00a0i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu uzman bir ekip taraf\u0131ndan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriliyor. Proje kapsam\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen \u00f6\u011fretmen arz ve\u00a0talepprojeksiyonlar\u0131yla; MEB, 2023 vizyonu \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde ulusal \u00f6\u011fretmen istihdam politikas\u0131n\u0131 haz\u0131rlayarak \u00f6\u011fretmenlik mesle\u011fine ili\u015fkin\u00a0insan\u00a0kaynaklar\u0131 politikas\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyacak ve bu alanda veriye dayal\u0131 etkili ve\u00a0verimli\u00a0planlama\u00a0imkan\u0131na\u00a0kavu\u015facak ve sistemin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fini sa\u011flayacak B\u0130T temelli sistem ile daha uzun\u00a0vadeli\u00a0yeni\u00a0projeksiyonlar olu\u015fturulacak.
