Baba Garipo\u011flu, bir s\u00fcre sonra katil zanl\u0131s\u0131 o\u011flunu Beylikd\u00fcz\u00fc\u2019ndeki bir misafirhaneye g\u00f6t\u00fcrd\u00fc. O\u011flunu \u015fof\u00f6r Ahmet Batur ile \u015firket m\u00fcd\u00fcrleri Mehmet Karakayal\u0131 ve Habip Kurt\u2019a teslim ettikten sonra misafirhaneden ayr\u0131ld\u0131. Yerlerinin tespit edilmemesi i\u00e7in uydu telefonu kullanan Hayyam Garipo\u011flu, iddiaya g\u00f6re normal cep telefonunu i\u015fyerinde b\u0131rakarak baba Nida ile bulu\u015ftu. Garipo\u011flu karde\u015fler, Beylikd\u00fcz\u00fc\u2019nden Cem\u2019i al\u0131p yola \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00dc\u00c7 YABANCIYA TESL\u0130M ED\u0130LD\u0130<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Cem Garipo\u011flu, 4-5 saat sonra ba\u015fka bir yere g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc. Buras\u0131 karanl\u0131k bir binan\u0131n alt kat\u0131yd\u0131. Ancak 6 Haziran\u2019da \u00c7a\u011flayan Adliyesi\u2019nde g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. Garipo\u011flu ziyaret i\u00e7in adliyeye geldi\u011fini s\u00f6yleyip, gazetecilere \u201cKa\u00e7m\u0131\u015f olsam burda ne i\u015fim var\u201d demi\u015fti. Ancak 14 Haziran\u2019da Bak\u0131rk\u00f6y \u0130nfaz Savc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 Garipo\u011flu i\u00e7in yakalama karar\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kartt\u0131. Polis taraf\u0131ndan arananlar listesinde olan Hayyam Garipo\u011flu\u2019nun nerede oldu\u011fu bilinmiyor.
