Ders \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak istememe, huzursuzluk, endi\u015fe, g\u00fcvensizlik, sosyalle\u015fme de azalma, aileden ka\u00e7\u0131nma, unutkanl\u0131k, dikkat sorunlar\u0131, konsantre olamama ve \u00e7arp\u0131nt\u0131, mide bulant\u0131s\u0131 gibi kayg\u0131n\u0131n fiziksel belirtilerinde art\u0131\u015f olmaktad\u0131r. Bu durum bireyin kendisine olan g\u00fcvenini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmekte ve yapamayaca\u011f\u0131m duygusu daha da artmaktad\u0131r. Unutmamal\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z ki; son haftaki performans\u0131n\u0131z de\u011fildir her \u015feyi belirleyen. Bu g\u00fcne kadar aylarca, g\u00fcnlerce \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131n\u0131z. Daha \u00f6nceki \u00f6\u011frendikleriniz uzun s\u00fcreli haf\u0131zan\u0131za yerle\u015fti ve s\u0131nav an\u0131nda \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fcze sorular geldik\u00e7e hepsi tek tek bellekten \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lacak.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>\u00dclkemizde \u00fcniversiteye s\u0131navla girildi\u011fini belirten Toka\u00e7, \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: &#8220;Bu ger\u00e7e\u011fi neden s\u0131nav var gibi bir tart\u0131\u015fma ile de\u011fi\u015ftiremezsiniz. Bu nedenle s\u0131nav olgusunu tart\u0131\u015fmak yerine bu durumu kabul edip, sorumluluk alarak s\u0131nav i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma d\u00fczeninin olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 \u00f6nemlidir. E\u011fer s\u0131nav haftas\u0131na kadar d\u00fczenli, yeterli, gerekli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 sa\u011flayabilmi\u015f iseniz s\u0131nav haftas\u0131nda g\u00f6sterilecek ekstra \u00e7aban\u0131n anlams\u0131z oldu\u011funu da biliyorsunuzdur. S\u0131nav haftas\u0131nda daha fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmamal\u0131, tekrar yap\u0131lmal\u0131, denemeler \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmeli ve e\u011fitim rehberlerinin s\u00f6ylediklerine uygun davran\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7ocu\u011fa \u201cba\u015faramayacaks\u0131n, yapamayacaks\u0131n, sen bu s\u0131nav\u0131 kazanamayacaks\u0131n, do\u011fru d\u00fczg\u00fcn \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmad\u0131n\u201d demek ne kadar do\u011fru de\u011filse; \u201cba\u015faracaks\u0131n, ben sana inan\u0131yorum, sen yapamazsan kimse yapamaz, sen bu s\u0131nav\u0131 kazanacaks\u0131n\u201d demek de o kadar yanl\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc olumsuz telkin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma motivasyonunu ve \u00f6\u011frencinin kendisine inanc\u0131n\u0131 zedelerken; a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 olumlu telkin ise; kendisinden beklentinin gerekli olandan fazla olmas\u0131na ve beklentiyi kar\u015f\u0131layamad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda kazanamayaca\u011f\u0131na dair kayg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131na neden olur. Bu s\u00f6z olumlu telkin k\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na girmi\u015f olumsuz telkinlerdir. \u00d6zellikle s\u0131nava birka\u00e7 g\u00fcn kala sarf edildi\u011finde kayg\u0131 ile ba\u015f edilmesini olduk\u00e7a g\u00fc\u00e7le\u015ftirecektir. Ailelerin bu s\u00f6zler yerine sadece \u00f6\u011frenciyi dinlemeleri ve onun kendisini ifade etmesine izin vermeleri yeterli olacakt\u0131r. S\u0131nav\u0131n son haftas\u0131nda s\u0131nava ili\u015fkin kayg\u0131n\u0131n en y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu zamanlar oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde meslek hedeflerinin konu\u015fulmas\u0131, s\u0131navda ka\u00e7 puan al\u0131naca\u011f\u0131n\u0131n hesaplanmas\u0131 s\u0131nava g\u00fcnler kala anlams\u0131z olacakt\u0131r.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>S\u0131nav haftas\u0131nda bu gibi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceleri ertelemek, s\u0131nav sonras\u0131na b\u0131rakman\u0131n en do\u011frusu olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Toka\u00e7, \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu: &#8220;Sizin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeniz gereken, \u015fuan i\u00e7in \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fczdeki s\u0131navda \u00e7\u00f6zece\u011finiz sorulard\u0131r. S\u0131nav g\u00fcn\u00fc yakla\u015ft\u0131k\u00e7a s\u0131nav; \u00f6\u011frenci i\u00e7in her zamankinden daha anlaml\u0131 hale gelir ve mutlaka kazanmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcr. Genellikle bu gibi s\u0131navlar ki\u015fi i\u00e7in ya\u015famdaki bir d\u00f6n\u00fcm noktas\u0131 olarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcr ve sanki ba\u015fka se\u00e7ene\u011fi yok olarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrler. Bu nedenle s\u0131nav mutlaka kazan\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Ancak unutulmamal\u0131d\u0131r ki; bu s\u0131navlar\u0131 kazanm\u0131\u015f ve istedi\u011fi b\u00f6l\u00fcmleri okumu\u015f bir\u00e7ok ki\u015fi hayat\u0131n asl\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fckleri gibi olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 sonradan fark etmi\u015flerdir. Ya i\u015flerini hi\u00e7 yapamamakta ya da mutsuzlukla yapmaktad\u0131r. Unutulmamas\u0131 gereken hayattan kendisi i\u00e7in iyi \u015feyler sunmas\u0131n\u0131 dilemek ve iyi \u015feylere sahip olmak i\u00e7in sadece \u00e7abalamakt\u0131r. Bu nedenle s\u0131nava girilecek okulun g\u00f6r\u00fclmesi, gezilmesi biraz da olsa belirsizli\u011fi ortadan kald\u0131racakt\u0131r.
