MHP’nin tiraz\u0131 nedeniyle \u00fc\u00e7 partinin anla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 madde “Milletvekilleri Meclis \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ile ilgili oy, s\u00f6z ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 sorumlu tutulamaz. S\u00f6vme su\u00e7u ve disiplin cezalar\u0131 sorumsuzluk kapsam\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndad\u0131r” \u015feklinde “ye\u015fil” olarak yaz\u0131ld\u0131. K\u00fcfreden bir milletvekiline ise ceza ve tazminat davas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131labilecek; Genel Kurul’da hakaret eden vekile ise uyarma ve k\u0131nama gibi \u0130\u00e7t\u00fcz\u00fckteki disiplin h\u00fck\u00fcmleri uygulanabilecek. K\u00fcf\u00fcr d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, vatanda\u015fa veya ba\u015fka bir vekile hakaret eden bir milletvekiline tazminat davas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131lamayacak.
