Bir al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f merkezinde d\u00fczenlenen etkinlikte, Murat Ba\u015fo\u011flu sunuculuk yaparken,Dr. Halit Yerebakan vatanda\u015flar\u0131 bilgilendirdi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Y\u00dcR\u00dcYEN MERD\u0130VENLERDE Y\u00dcR\u00dcY\u00dcN&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Gazetecilerin sorular\u0131n\u0131 yan\u0131tlayan Krause, insanlar\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fcyen merdivenlerde bile y\u00fcr\u00fcmesi gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. Krause, \u201cOtomatik merdivenleri kullanmay\u0131n, kullansan\u0131z bile o merdivenlerde y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fcn. Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenmek \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir \u015fey, sadece hareket de\u011fil art\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenmek ile desteklememiz gerekiyor. \u00c7ok yak\u0131n bir zamanda 7-8 ya\u015flar\u0131nda bir \u00e7ocu\u011fun kolesterol problemi oldu\u011funu g\u00f6rd\u00fcm. Demek ki k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckl\u00fckten itibaren ba\u015flamal\u0131y\u0131z hep hareket yapmaya. Bahane yapmamak laz\u0131m, yok k\u0131yafetim uygun de\u011fil, ayakkab\u0131m uygun de\u011fil gibi \u015feylere. Mesela metrodan \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p, i\u015fe giderken bile daha h\u0131zl\u0131 ad\u0131mlarla y\u00fcr\u00fcmek bile i\u015fe yarar diye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. Ama ben \u00e7ocuklu\u011fumdan berri sporu hayat\u0131mdan eksik etmedi. Spor yapamad\u0131\u011f\u0131m zamanlarda ise bir yerden bir yere giderken daha h\u0131zl\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fcyerek gittim. Ben her yerde hareket etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorum. Birde fast food \u00fcr\u00fcnlere dikkat ediyorum dengelemeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorum. Herkes kendi v\u00fccudunu iyi dinlemeli zaten o b\u00fct\u00fcn sinyalleri veriyor.
