Silahlar\u0131 kullanacak olan \u00d6nleyici Hizmetler \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc personelinden 54 ki\u015fiye 3 g\u00fcn boyunca e\u011fitim verildi. E\u011fitimde\u00a0<em><strong>polis<\/strong><\/em>lere silahlar\u0131 yak\u0131ndaki ve uzaktaki hedeflerine kar\u015f\u0131 nas\u0131l kullanaca\u011f\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretildi. \u015eimdilik s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 say\u0131da al\u0131nan silahlar ekipler taraf\u0131ndan bug\u00fcn kullan\u0131lmaya ba\u015fland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p itemprop=\"articleBody\">Yetkililer, silahlar\u0131n \u00f6zellikle kad\u0131na \u015fiddet, rehin alma, polise mukavemet ve intihar gibi ba\u015fl\u0131ca olaylarda kullan\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti. Kullan\u0131m\u0131 kolay olan silahlar 7 metreye kadar etkili olabiliyor.\u00a0<strong><em>Polis<\/em><\/strong>, hedefteki ki\u015fiyi uyard\u0131ktan sonra lazerle \u015f\u00fcphelinin \u00fczerinde ate\u015f edece\u011fi yeri belirliyor. Ate\u015f edilecek noktan\u0131n 10 samtimetre \u00fcst\u00fc ve alt\u0131nda bo\u015fluk olmamas\u0131 gerekiyor. Bo\u015fluk olmas\u0131 durumunda silah\u0131n su\u00e7luya bir etkisi olmuyor. Teti\u011fe bast\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ise su\u00e7lu ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015fok dalgalar\u0131yla 10 saniye boyunca sersemle\u015fiyor. Silah\u0131n kalp hastalar\u0131 dahil kimseyi \u00f6ld\u00fcrmedi\u011fi sadece sersemletti\u011fi belirtildi. Silahlara tak\u0131lan bir kameran\u0131n ise olay s\u0131ras\u0131nda ya\u015fananlar\u0131 kaydetti\u011fi bildirildi.<\/p>\n<div itemprop=\"articleBody\"><\/div>\n<div itemprop=\"articleBody\"><\/div>\n<div itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n<p>Silah\u0131n genel \u00f6zellikleri \u015f\u00f6yle:\u00a0<em><strong>Elektro\u015fok<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0cihazlar\u0131 7 metreye kadar etkili. Hedef se\u00e7ti\u011fi ki\u015fiyi \u015fok dalgalar\u0131yla 10 saniye sersemletiyor. Sudaki insan dahil hi\u00e7 kimseye kar\u015f\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc \u00f6zelli\u011fi yok. Bir ki\u015fiye 24 saat i\u00e7inde 3 defadan fazla kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda zarar verebilir. Silah\u0131n \u00fczerindeki kamera sayesinde at\u0131\u015f an\u0131 kaydediliyor. Kamera bir saate kadar kay\u0131t yapabiliyor.
