Fazla k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 et t\u00fcketimi baz\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131na yol a\u00e7abiliyor o sebeple bayramda mangalda etleri yakmadan ve dengeli t\u00fcketmek gerekir&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;Kurban eti en az 6 saat dinlendirilmeli&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><\/strong>Prof. Dr. \u00c7an taze et t\u00fcketiminin de sa\u011fl\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan baz\u0131 riskler olu\u015fturdu\u011funa dikkati \u00e7ekerek, &#8220;Kurban kesildikten sonra sonu\u00e7ta hayvan ruhunu teslim etmi\u015f olabilir ama dokular canl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bir s\u00fcre daha devam ettiyor. O nedenle protein a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan hemen t\u00fcketilmemeli, kurban eti en az 6 saat dinlendirilmeli, ondan sonra t\u00fcketilmeli&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kurban kesildikten sonra genellikle hemen pi\u015firilip yenildi\u011fini dile getiren \u00c7an, &#8220;Limonun kolestrol\u00fc d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc san\u0131larak pi\u015firilirken kavurmaya limon kat\u0131l\u0131yor. Bunun kolestrol a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan herhangi bir faydas\u0131 olmuyor sadece tad\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftiriyor&#8221; ifadesini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bayramda karbonhidrat\u0131n bol oldu\u011fu tatl\u0131 ve \u015fekerin de fazla t\u00fcketilmemesi, ayr\u0131ca \u00f6zellikle kolestrol ve damar sertli\u011fi gibi sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131 olanlar ile ya\u015fl\u0131lar\u0131n da k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 et t\u00fckeminde dikkatli olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini vurgulayan \u00c7an, &#8220;65 ya\u015f \u00fczeri ki\u015filerin kolestrol, damar sertli\u011fi sorunu varsa k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 et t\u00fcketimine dikkat etmesi gerekir. K\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 et bu a\u00e7\u0131dan risk yarat\u0131yor, s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 \u015fekilde yemek laz\u0131m.
