T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den ilk kez istasyonlar\u0131 de\u011ferlendirme yetkisine sahip olan analiz merkezi, gelecekteki iklim ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n tahmininde Avrupa Birli\u011fi\u2019nin en \u00f6nemli organizasyonu olan E-GVAP\u2019a kabul edildi.<\/p>\n<p>BE\u00dc Geomatik M\u00fchendisli\u011fi \u0130leri Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar Laboratuvar\u0131\u2019nda kurulan analiz merkezinde, s\u00fcrekli olarak ve her saat ba\u015f\u0131 de\u011ferlendirme yap\u0131larak atmosferdeki su buhar\u0131 miktar\u0131n\u0131n belirlenmesi i\u00e7in gereken troposfrerik zenit gecikmesi kestirimleri yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Analiz merkezi AB\u2019nin \u00f6nemli organizasyonlar\u0131ndan E-GVAP\u2019a kabul edildi.<\/p>\n<p>2016 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda kabul eden proje ile istasyonlardaki verilerin de\u011ferlendirmesini yapan analiz merkezi; T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin gurur kayna\u011f\u0131 oldu. Analiz merkezinde g\u00f6revli ara\u015ft\u0131rma g\u00f6revlisi G\u00f6khan G\u00fcrb\u00fcz, \u201c2016 y\u0131l\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131 itibariyle proje ba\u015far\u0131yla tamamland\u0131, hayata ge\u00e7ti. Proje b\u00fcnyesinde yan \u00fcr\u00fcn olarak T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye katt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z de\u011ferlerden biri ger\u00e7e\u011fe yak\u0131n zamanl\u0131 olacak \u015fekilde troposferik parametre kestirimleridir. Bu neden \u00f6nemlidir, \u00f6zellikle atmosferin alt katman\u0131ndaki bulunan troposferdeki su buhar\u0131 miktar\u0131 ve da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n belirlenmesi i\u00e7in anl\u0131k olarak yapamasak da saatlik ve g\u00fcnl\u00fck kestirimler yaparak atmosferde bulunan su buhar\u0131 miktarlar\u0131n\u0131n da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 incelemeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Bunu Meteoroloji Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn g\u00fcnde iki defa atmosfere g\u00f6nderdi\u011fi balon verileri kullanarak kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yoruz. \u015eu ana kadar elde etti\u011fimiz sonu\u00e7lar Avrupa, Amerika ve Uzak Do\u011fu\u2019daki b\u00fct\u00fcn akademik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda elde edildi\u011fi gibi \u00e7ok ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cVerilerin payla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131nda s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar ya\u015fan\u0131yor\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rma g\u00f6revlisi G\u00f6khan G\u00fcrb\u00fcz, verilerin payla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131nda s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekti. B\u00f6lgesel ve \u00fclkesel \u00e7apta istasyon say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 artt\u0131rarak su buhar\u0131n\u0131n atmosferdeki da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in belirlenmesinin birincil ama\u00e7lar\u0131 oldu\u011funu ifade eden G\u00fcrb\u00fcz, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cG\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde sadece meteorolojik kestirimler i\u00e7in Meteoroloji Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn meteorolojik \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm yapan istasyonlar\u0131 ve kullan\u0131lmaktayd\u0131. Fakat 1990\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llarda fark edildi ki GNSS sinyalleri kullan\u0131larak da bu su buhar\u0131 miktarlar\u0131 ve di\u011fer meteorolojik parametrelerin kestirimleri yap\u0131labilmektedir. E\u011fer bu analiz merkezi 5-10 y\u0131l boyunca bu verileri de\u011ferlendirerek, istasyon say\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rarak bu analizlerine devam edebilirse \u00e7ok ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 modeller olu\u015fturulabilir. Bu modellerle gelecekteki su buhar\u0131 da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in kestirimlerde bulunulabilir. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki istasyonlar\u0131 \u015fu anda bir tek biz de\u011ferlendirebiliyoruz. Bu konuda da \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar ya\u015f\u0131yoruz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc gerek kamu kurulu\u015flar\u0131 gerekse \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6rde s\u00fcrekli g\u00f6zlem yapan istasyonlar\u0131n verilerinin payla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 bize \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck bir problem olu\u015fturuyor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bizim birincil amac\u0131m\u0131z, gerek b\u00f6lgesel gerekse \u00fclkesel \u00e7apta bu istasyon say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 artt\u0131rarak su buhar\u0131n\u0131n atmosferdeki da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n bizim \u00fclkemiz i\u00e7in belirlenmesi. Fakat bunun i\u00e7in istasyon say\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 \u00e7ok fazla art\u0131rmal\u0131 gerekirse T\u00fcrkiye, gerekirse t\u00fcm Avrupa\u2019ya yay\u0131larak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131z\u0131n kapsad\u0131\u011f\u0131 alan\u0131 geni\u015fletebiliriz. Su buhar\u0131n\u0131n da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ok daha d\u00fczg\u00fcn ve do\u011fru bir \u015fekilde belirleyebiliriz.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u00d6nceden tahmin ve erken uyar\u0131 sistemleri i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Gelecekteki tsunami ve hortum gibi felaketlerin \u00f6nceden tahmin edilebilmesi i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n uygulaman\u0131n \u00f6nemine de\u011finen G\u00fcrb\u00fcz \u015fu ifadelere yer verdi:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cG\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde meteorolojik hava tahminlerinde kullan\u0131labilecek modeller, kendi mesle\u011fimiz dahilinde GNSS sinyallerinin su buhar\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu etki maalesef giderilememekte fakat modellenebilmektedir. 1980 y\u0131llar\u0131ndan bu yana Avrupa\u2019da \u00e7ok yo\u011fun \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Fakat bunlar b\u00f6lgesel \u00e7apta oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in her elde edilen model her \u00fclke i\u00e7in ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olamayabiliyor. Kendi modelimizin geli\u015ftirilebilmesi i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131m. Her ne kadar T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00e7ok fazla ya\u015fanmasa da a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 ya\u011f\u0131\u015f ko\u015fullar\u0131nda, okyanusa k\u0131y\u0131s\u0131 olan \u00fclkelerde ya\u015fanan tsunamiler, hortumlar ve \u00e7ok yo\u011fun ya\u011f\u0131\u015flar\u0131n \u00f6nceden tahmin edilmesi, gerekli uyar\u0131 sistemlerinin kurulabilmesi i\u00e7in bu modeller olu\u015fturulabilir ve kullan\u0131labilir.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>B\u00fclent Ecevit \u00dcniversitesi Analiz Merkezi sayesinde T\u00fcrkiye ilk defa Avrupa Birli\u011fi\u2019nde ger\u00e7ek zamana yak\u0131n verilerin \u00fcretilmesine katk\u0131 verir duruma geldi.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ZONGULDAK B\u00dcLENT ECEV\u0130T \u00dcN\u0130VERS\u0130TES\u0130 (BE\u00dc) GEOMAT\u0130K M\u00dcHEND\u0130SL\u0130\u011e\u0130 B\u00d6L\u00dcM\u00dc\u2019N\u00dcN BA\u015eARISI T\u00dcRK\u0130YE\u2019Y\u0130 GURURLANDIRDI.
