K\u00f6ftesinde, patatesinde, ekme\u011findeki o tuz miktar\u0131yla zaten o ki\u015fi g\u00fcnl\u00fck tuz ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n iki kat\u0131n\u0131 al\u0131yor. Fastfood tarz\u0131 ya\u015fam hipertansiyon, obezite, \u015feker, b\u00f6brek ve kalp hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 demektir.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>SADECE EKMEKTEN 7- 8 GRAM TUZ ALIYORUZ<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrk insan\u0131n\u0131n tuz kaynaklar\u0131na bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ilk s\u0131rada ekme\u011fin geldi\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen Prof. Dr. S\u00fcleymanlar, &#8220;\u00dclkemizde 400 gram ekmek t\u00fcketiliyor. Sadece ekmekten 7- 8 gram tuz al\u0131yoruz.
