Yedi\u011finiz yemekleri hareket edemezseniz harcayamazs\u0131n\u0131z, b\u00f6ylece bu yemekler sizde g\u00f6bek, basen veya kal\u00e7a olarak kal\u0131r zannedilir. Asl\u0131nda yedi\u011fimiz yemekler v\u00fccudun ihtiyac\u0131 olan besinleri i\u00e7erir ve harcanmas\u0131na gerek yoktur. Ak\u015fam eve giderken y\u00fcr\u00fcmeye \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterelim saat 17:00 &#8211; 18:00 civar\u0131nda ac\u0131kma hissedersek s\u00fct, ayran, yo\u011furt gibi s\u0131v\u0131 ve hazm\u0131 kolay bir yiyece\u011fi tercih edelim. Ac\u0131kmam\u0131z ge\u00e7tiyse tekrar iyice ac\u0131k\u0131ncaya kadar bekleyelim.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ak\u015fam, hazm\u0131 zor oldu\u011fu ve sabaha kadar sindirim sistemimizi me\u015fgul edece\u011fi i\u00e7in, meyve, salata ve kuru yemi\u015flerden uzak dural\u0131m, bu t\u00fcr yiyecekleri yemeyelim. Hazm\u0131 kolay pi\u015fmi\u015f bir sebze yeme\u011fi, \u00e7orbay\u0131 veya pi\u015fmi\u015f bir yeme\u011fi tercih edelim.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">B\u00fct\u00fcn g\u00fcn masa ba\u015f\u0131nda oturdu\u011fumuz i\u00e7in ak\u015fam da uzun saatler TV kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda oturmayal\u0131m, aralarda hi\u00e7 olmazsa ev i\u00e7inde tur atal\u0131m.kendimizi \u00e7ok yormadan ama en az 10 dakika s\u00fcrecek bir ritmik y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f yapal\u0131m veya bisiklet \u00e7evirelim. Hastane koridorunda y\u00fcr\u00fcyen hastalar\u0131 \u00f6rnek alal\u0131m.<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ak\u015fam yatmadan hemen \u00f6nce 3-5 dakika v\u00fccudumuzu silkeleyelim, ayaklar\u0131m\u0131z yerden kesilmeden z\u0131pl\u0131yormu\u015f gibi yapal\u0131m. Bu hareket gece uyudu\u011fumuzda ba\u011f dokusunda sallanan ve gev\u015femi\u015f b\u00f6lgelerde kolajen olu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 uyar\u0131r ka\u00e7a ve g\u00f6bek b\u00f6lgesinden s\u0131k\u0131la\u015f\u0131r\u0131z.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Gece \u00e7ok ge\u00e7 uyumamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fal\u0131m.
