Bizi biz yapan bu \u00f6nemli k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn kaybolmamas\u0131 ve gelecek ku\u015faklara eksiksiz ve do\u011fru aktar\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bu sempozyumlarda da 3 500 y\u0131ll\u0131k B\u00f6lgesel \u00f6zellikler g\u00f6steren Erzurum Y\u00f6re Mutfa\u011f\u0131 incelenmi\u015f ve de\u011ferli ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanan ve sunulan bildiriler ile Erzurum Mutfak K\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00f6nemi ilk defa bu kadar kapsaml\u0131 bir \u015fekilde vurgulanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\nSekretaryas\u0131n\u0131 Vedat Evren Belli&#8217;nin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 kitapta 3500 y\u0131ll\u0131k Erzurum ve Do\u011fu Anadolu mutfa\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fcn y\u00fcz\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131karan, 17.YY da Evliya \u00c7elebinin yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 fakat g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde art\u0131k yap\u0131lmayan kaybolmu\u015f geleneksel yemeklerin yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve ikram edildi\u011fi, y\u00f6re yemek tariflerinin yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 kitap 400 sayfa olup botanik\u00e7iler, arkeologlar, edebiyat\u00e7\u0131lar, etnologlar, mutfak ve ev ili\u015fkilerini inceleyen mimarlar\u0131n sundu\u011fu 39 adet bildiriden meydana geliyor.<br \/>\nOrganizasyon komitesi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Prof. Dr Oktay Belli &#8220;Sempozyuma sunulan birbirinden de\u011ferli bildirilerin \u00f6nemini yitirmeden kitap olarak bas\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in \u00e7aba g\u00f6steren, bunu k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren ve bilim d\u00fcnyas\u0131na sunan Atat\u00fcrk \u00fcniversitesi Rekt\u00f6r\u00fc Prof. Dr. Hikmet Ko\u00e7ak\u2019a, Erzurum B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ahmet K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckler\u2019e, KUDAKA Genel Sekreteri Dr.R\u0131fat Altan\u2019a, Aziziye Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Fatih Cengiz\u2019e, sempozyumun ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131ndan bitimine kadar her konuda yan\u0131m\u0131zda olan Zekiye \u00c7omakl\u0131\u2019ya ve bu kadar k\u00f6kl\u00fc bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn ilk defa ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131nda eme\u011fi ge\u00e7en herkese te\u015fekk\u00fcr\u00fc g\u00f6rev sayar\u0131m.
