Bu nedenle kansere kar\u015f\u0131 al\u0131nabilecek \u00f6nlemlerin ba\u015f\u0131nda sigara ve alkol kullan\u0131m\u0131ndan uzak durmak geliyor\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Sadece sigaran\u0131n de\u011fil alkol\u00fcn de kanserojen bir madde oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7eken Prof. Dr. Abal\u0131, \u00f6zellikle g\u00fcnl\u00fck 25 ml.\u2019den fazla alkol al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bir\u00e7ok kanser t\u00fcr\u00fcne yakalanma riskinin art\u0131rabildi\u011fini kaydetti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>KI\u015e G\u00dcNE\u015e\u0130NE DE D\u0130KKAT ED\u0130N<\/strong><br \/>\nCilt kanserinin bir t\u00fcr\u00fc olan melanom g\u00f6r\u00fclme s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Prof. Dr. Abal\u0131, g\u00fcne\u015ften gelen ve cilt kanserine neden olan UVA ve UVB \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n saat 10.00 ila 16.00 aras\u0131nda en y\u00fcksek seviyede oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi. Prof. Dr. Abal\u0131, karl\u0131 bir ortamda kardan yans\u0131yan \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131n miktar\u0131 ile ili\u015fkili olarak UV miktar\u0131n\u0131n artabilece\u011fini, so\u011fuk olmas\u0131 nedeniyle de bunun fark edilemeyebilece\u011fini belirterek, \u201cSolaryuma girilmesini de tavsiye etmiyoruz, sonu\u00e7ta solaryum da kanserojendir. G\u00fcne\u015fe \u00e7\u0131karken UV filtresi olan geni\u015f bir g\u00fcne\u015f g\u00f6zl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, \u0131\u015f\u0131k ge\u00e7irmeyen k\u0131yafetler ve v\u00fccudun a\u00e7\u0131k b\u00f6lgeleri i\u00e7in en az 30 koruma fakt\u00f6rl\u00fc koruyucu kremler kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 tavsiye ediyoruz&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u0130YET VE EGZERS\u0130ZE \u00d6NEM VER\u0130N<\/strong><br \/>\nProf. Dr. H\u00fcseyin Abal\u0131, kilolu olman\u0131n ve hareketsiz bir ya\u015fam tarz\u0131n\u0131n kanser riskini art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekerek, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<br \/>\n&#8220;Kilonuzu, boyunuzun metre cinsinden karesine b\u00f6lerseniz v\u00fccut kitle indeksini bulursunuz. V\u00fccut kitle indeksinin 25 birimin alt\u0131nda olmas\u0131nda yarar var. V\u00fccut kitle indeksini 20-25 aras\u0131nda tutmak i\u00e7in sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenmeye dikkat etmek ve spor yapmak gerekiyor. Sa\u011fl\u0131k otoriteleri haftada 150 dakika orta \u015fiddette egzersiz veya 75 dakika \u015fiddetli egzersiz \u00f6neriyor. Merdiven \u00e7\u0131kmak gibi basit hareketler bile hi\u00e7 hareket etmemekten daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>KANSER\u0130 SOFRANIZDAN UZAK TUTUN<\/strong><br \/>\nAra\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n g\u00fcnde 5 \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn sebze-meyve t\u00fcketmenin kanser riskini azaltt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6sterdi\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen Prof. Dr. H\u00fcseyin Abal\u0131, yiyecek-i\u00e7eceklerimize dikkat ederek de kanserden korunabilece\u011fimizi s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. Prof. Dr. Abal\u0131, \u015fu tavsiyelerde bulundu:<br \/>\n&#8220;Porsiyonlar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n miktar\u0131n\u0131 k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclt\u00fcn. T\u00fcketti\u011finiz ekmek miktar\u0131n\u0131 azalt\u0131n ve tercihen tam tah\u0131l ile yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olan kepekli ekmekleri tercih edin. \u015eekerli i\u00e7ecekleri s\u0131k ve fazla t\u00fcketmeyin. Her yemekte mutlaka salata t\u00fcketin ve taze meyveyi sofran\u0131zdan eksik etmeyin. Tuz t\u00fcketimini azalt\u0131n. Tuz hem kanserojen, hem de kalp ve damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131nda \u00f6l\u00fcm riskini ciddi anlamda artt\u0131ran bir maddedir. K\u0131rm\u0131z et yerine bal\u0131k ve tavu\u011fu tercih edin. K\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 et t\u00fcketilecekse de az miktarda ve az ya\u011fl\u0131 t\u00fcketin. Salam, sosis gibi i\u015flenmi\u015f k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 et t\u00fcketmekten m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131n.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>ENFEKS\u0130YONLARDAN KORUNUN<\/strong><br \/>\nBir\u00e7ok kronik enfeksiyonun kansere neden oldu\u011funun tespit edildi\u011fini anlatan Prof. Dr. H\u00fcseyin Abal\u0131, \u201cBunlardan Bepatit B, Hepatit C, Helikobakter Pilori, Ebstein Barr Virus Enfeksiyonu, HIV ve HPV ilk akla gelenler. Bunlardan korunmak i\u00e7in hijyene ve a\u015f\u0131lanmaya \u00f6nem verilmeli, korunmas\u0131z cinsel ili\u015fkiden ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmal\u0131. Ancak unutulmamas\u0131 gerekir ki biz her \u015feyi do\u011fru yapsak bile yine de kanser geli\u015febilir.
