Ya\u011fdan da zengin olan susam ya\u011f\u0131ndan meydana gelen tahinin tok tutucu \u00f6zelli\u011fi vard\u0131r. Pekmez ile kar\u0131\u015f\u0131nca mide i\u00e7in zarars\u0131z hale gelecek ve sindirim i\u00e7in s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 yaratmayacakt\u0131r. 1-2 tatl\u0131 ka\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcye dikkat ederek al\u0131nmas\u0131 fayda sa\u011flar.<br \/>\nAz tuzlu veya tuzsuz Peynir: g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde gereken enerji ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layacak, proteinden zengin kalsiyum deposu bir besindir. Tuzlu tercih etmemek su ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6nemlidir.<br \/>\n1. Muhakkak atlanmamas\u0131 gereken bir \u00f6\u011f\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<br \/>\n2. 16 saatlik a\u00e7l\u0131k durumunun ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu ayda sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenmenin vazge\u00e7ilmezi kahvalt\u0131 \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fc sahur \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc olarak kabul etmek gerekmektedir.<br \/>\n3.
