Fakat y\u00fcksek \u015feker i\u00e7eri\u011fi nedeni ile g\u00fcnde 1 porsiyondan fazla t\u00fcketmemeye dikkat edelim. 2- Domates ve salatal\u0131k: Her ikisinin de Kansere kar\u015f\u0131 koruyucu etkileri vard\u0131r. G\u00fcnl\u00fck A ve C vitamin ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lar. Lif oran\u0131 y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in sindirimi kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r, ayn\u0131 zamanda v\u00fccudumuzdaki \u015feker dengesinde yararl\u0131d\u0131r. Kabu\u011funu y\u0131kay\u0131p kabu\u011fu ile yemekte fayda vard\u0131r. 3- Kabak ve havu\u00e7 : Yaz aylar\u0131nda antioksidan y\u00f6n\u00fc g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc olan bir di\u011fer besin grubu sar\u0131 ve ye\u015fil renkli sebze ve meyvelerdir. \u00d6rne\u011fin yaz kaba\u011f\u0131 karotenoidler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan zengindir.
