Yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda mineralli su diye adland\u0131r\u0131lan su \u00fclkemizde kafam\u0131z\u0131 kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yor.<br \/>\nMaden suyu, yeralt\u0131 sular\u0131ndan elde edilmi\u015f i\u00e7erisinde \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f mineral tuzlar\u0131, elementler ve gaz i\u00e7eren sulara verilen add\u0131r. Mineralli sular\u0131 di\u011fer sulardan ay\u0131ran \u00f6zellik, kayna\u011f\u0131ndan elde edildi\u011fi anda mineraller i\u00e7ermeleridir. Maden suyu i\u00e7inde; bikarbonat, s\u00fclfat, klorit, kalsiyum, magnezyum, florit, demir ve sodyum bulundurur.<br \/>\n\u0130\u00e7ilebilir nitelikteki herhangi bir suya karbondioksit ve bikarbonat eklendi\u011finde soda yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olur.<br \/>\nMaden suyu ve soda, ikisi de mideyi rahatlatma \u00f6zelli\u011fine sahiptir ancak sodan\u0131n bundan ba\u015fka hi\u00e7bir i\u015flevi yoktur oysa maden suyu ayn\u0131 zamanda do\u011fal bir mineral deposudur. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla t\u00fcketilmesi \u00f6nerilen do\u011fal maden sular\u0131d\u0131r ve sodayla maden suyunu ay\u0131rt edebilmek i\u00e7in \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00fczerindeki etiketi okuyup karar vermek \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir.\u201d dedi.<br \/>\nMaden suyu i\u00e7erdi\u011fi magnezyum, kalsiyum, flor gibi minerallerle mineral ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamak i\u00e7in g\u00fczel bir kaynakt\u0131r\u201d diyen Dr.Fevzi \u00d6zg\u00f6n\u00fcl, a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131n\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc; \u201c\u0130\u00e7erdi\u011fi s\u00fclfat ve bikarbonat iyonlar\u0131 sayesinde hem mide ba\u011f\u0131rsak sisteminde rahatlat\u0131c\u0131 etkisi vard\u0131r, hem de b\u00f6brek fonksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131 dengeler. Cilt i\u00e7in gerekli olan su ve mineral ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 da kar\u015f\u0131lar. Cildimize gergin ve diri kalmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar. \u00d6zellikle yaz aylar\u0131nda ve spor yapt\u0131ktan sonra ter ile kaybetti\u011fimiz tuz ve minerallerin geri al\u0131nmas\u0131 in \u00e7ok g\u00fczel bir alternatiftir. \u0130\u00e7erdi\u011fi karbondioksit gaz\u0131 sayesinde asitli i\u00e7eceklere g\u00fczel bir alternatiftir. Ayn\u0131 zamanda bikarbonat \u00f6zelli\u011fi sayesinde mide asidinin \u00e7ok oldu\u011fu durumlarda rahatlat\u0131c\u0131 bir etkisi de vard\u0131r. Spor sonras\u0131nda ayran ile birlikte al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda hem tok tutma hem de zay\u0131flatma etkisi vard\u0131r. Maden suyunun i\u00e7erdi\u011fi kalsiyum kemik yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n, flor\u00fcr de a\u011f\u0131z ve di\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015fmesi i\u00e7in son derece yararl\u0131d\u0131r.\u201d<br \/>\nMADEN SUYUNUN ZARARLARI VAR MIDIR?<br \/>\nDr.Fevzi \u00d6zg\u00f6n\u00fcl, maden suyunun zararlar\u0131 konusunda ise \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti; \u201cSa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in kullanmak zorunda oldu\u011fumuz ila\u00e7larda bile bir doz vard\u0131r. Bu nedenle maden suyu i\u00e7erken de bu doz \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Bu nedenle d\u00fczenli maden suyu i\u00e7iyorsak onunda abartmadan g\u00fcnde 1 litreyi ge\u00e7meyecek \u015fekilde t\u00fcketmekte yarar vard\u0131r.<br \/>\nYemekle birlikte ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda hem mineralli sudan hem besinlerden mineral emilimini kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yor. Bu nedenle yemek s\u0131ras\u0131nda i\u00e7ecek olarak tercih edilebilecek bir alternatiftir. Fakat maden suyu diye sat\u0131lan SODA i\u00e7erdi\u011fi azla bikarbonat neden ile yemek s\u0131ras\u0131nda ve hemen sonras\u0131 i\u00e7ildi\u011finde mide ast dengesini bozarak sindirimi geciktirebilir.<br \/>\nBaz\u0131 maden sular\u0131nda sodyum miktar\u0131 y\u00fcksek olabilir. E\u011fer tansiyon y\u00fcksekli\u011fi \u015fikayetiniz varsa bu maden sular\u0131nda t\u00fcketmemeniz \u00f6nerilir.
