Diyabet hastalar\u0131 risk alt\u0131nda. 2002 y\u0131l\u0131nda diyabet s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fczde 7.6 iken 2009 y\u0131l\u0131nda y\u00fczde 12,9\u2019a \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. K\u00f6t\u00fc beslenme k\u00f6t\u00fc hayat ko\u015fullar\u0131 gibi etkenlerden dolay\u0131. Co\u011frafi da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m olarak k\u0131rsal kesimlerdekilerde y\u00fcksek oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. Halk aras\u0131nda \u00f6zellikle deniz ve kaya tuzunun sofra tuzundan fark\u0131n\u0131n olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Altun, \u201cTuz yo\u011fun t\u00fcketildi\u011finde b\u00f6brek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131na neden oluyor. \u00d6nemli olan tuzun i\u00e7eri\u011fidir. Do\u011fada deniz suyu, kaya tuzu ve masalar\u0131m\u0131za gelen sofra tuzu var. Bunlar\u0131n i\u00e7erikleri birbirine benzer. Birini tercih edip yo\u011fun t\u00fcketmek kan bas\u0131nc\u0131n\u0131 hi\u00e7 etkilemez demek do\u011fru de\u011fil. Halk\u0131m\u0131z buna dikkat etmelidir. Tuzu hangisi olursa olsun yo\u011fun t\u00fcketmek kan bas\u0131nc\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fckseltir. Tuzla \u015fi\u015fmanl\u0131k aras\u0131nda bir tak\u0131m benzerlikler oldu. Aktarlardan al\u0131nan bitkisel \u00fcr\u00fcnlere de dikkat \u00e7eken Sezer, \u201cEn sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 diyeti Akdeniz diyeti olarak kabul ediyoruz. Sebze ve meyve ve tah\u0131llardan zengin bir diyet. Tuz miktar\u0131 di\u011fer diyetlere g\u00f6re d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck. Bu diyet bir\u00e7ok organlar ilgili sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 koruyor. Kalp sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 korumakta, v\u00fccut kilosunu korumakta. Zeytin ya\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6neriyoruz. Sebzeler zeytin ya\u011f\u0131yla pi\u015firilmelidir. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de orta Anadolu \u00e7ok besleniyor. Sadece karbonhidrat yiyor. Homojen bir \u00fclke de\u011filiz. Proteinden fakir besleniyoruz. Doymad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in karbonhidrata y\u00f6neliyoruz. Aktarlara gitti\u011finiz zaman her i\u015fe yarayan bir s\u00fcr\u00fc malzeme g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Aktarlardan al\u0131nan bitki b\u00fct\u00fcn olarak t\u00fcketildi\u011finde kesilmi\u015f bi\u00e7ilmi\u015f olarak besinlerle t\u00fcketilince organlara toksin alm\u0131\u015f oluyoruz. Ben direkt aktar \u00fcr\u00fcnlerini \u00f6nermiyorum. B\u00f6breklerde alerjik reaksiyonlara neden oluyor. Baz\u0131 maddelerde ani b\u00f6brek bozulmalar\u0131na neden oluyor. Acile gelecek kadar k\u00f6t\u00fc duruma gelenler oluyor. Aktar \u00fcr\u00fcnleri konusunda \u00f6zellikle dikkatli olmak gerekir. Protein tozlar\u0131 \u00f6zellikle gen\u00e7ler spor yaparken kullan\u0131yor. Egzersiz yaparken a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k kald\u0131r\u0131yor ve protein tozu kullan\u0131yor kas yapmak i\u00e7in. Bu tozlar b\u00f6bre\u011fi yorup protein ka\u00e7a\u011f\u0131 yapt\u0131r\u0131yor. Sporun dahi sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131s\u0131 \u00f6nemli. Yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki \u00fclkelerden gelen hangi besin olursa olsun v\u00fccudumuz b\u00f6yle bir besini t\u00fcketti\u011finde tan\u0131mad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in alerji riski y\u00fcksek. Buna \u00f6rnek olarak tropikal bitkileri verebilirim. Daha \u00f6nce hi\u00e7 t\u00fcketmemi\u015f ki\u015fi ciddi alerjiyle kar\u0131\u015f\u0131labilir. Yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131na gitmi\u015f Afrika\u2019ya gitmi\u015f farkl\u0131 besinler denemi\u015f \u00e7aresi yok. Bize b\u00f6brek yetmezli\u011fi ile gelmi\u015f. Kortizonla tedaviye ba\u015fl\u0131yoruz hemen. Hi\u00e7 tatmad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bir bitki ne kadar riskliyse hi\u00e7 gitmedi\u011fimiz bir yerin besini de alerjik i\u00e7in etkili olabilir. Avokado ve mango ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131m bu gibi durumlarda. Ama bu hepsi i\u00e7i genellemek zor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc domatese alerjisi olanlarda var. \u00c7ilek yiyemeyenler de var.
