K\u0131rklareli L\u00fcleburgaz \u00d6zel Balkan Hastanesi Diyetisyeni Melike Hasip, bu yanl\u0131\u015flardan en \u00f6nemlisinin &#8220;Neredeyse her \u015feyi yasaklayan bir diyet anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131&#8221; oldu\u011funu belirterek &#8220;Diyette yasak yok, \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc vard\u0131r&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;HER D\u0130YETE \u0130NANMAYIN&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Diyet denilince, insanlar\u0131n akl\u0131na bir\u00e7ok yasa\u011f\u0131n yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 uzun bir liste geldi\u011fini kaydeden Dyt. Melike Hasip, &#8220;Fazla kilolar\u0131n obezite ile birlikte \u00f6nemli sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131na yol a\u00e7mas\u0131 beslenme konusunun g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczdeki pop\u00fclaritesini artt\u0131rd\u0131. Bu gibi konular nedeniyle diyet deyince de insanlar\u0131n akl\u0131na upuzun yasaklar listesi geliyor.
